Online Business Directory
Hi,
Is it legal for an Online Search Directory (For Business) to list a business' address, phone, email (Which has been acquired via internet search) without the expressed permission of the business being listed...? Thanks! |

Just to confirm...
It is Legal, and I can't be sued, for building a publicly accessible database/directory of businesses which have been acquired via publicly accessible forums (eg.Internet)...? Thanks again! |

Not if the content is organized and proprietary from other web sites...it can be a tricky area.
