Chatting with 17 year old
TX-IL I'm 23; he's 17. We live in different states. Was curious if it was within legal limits to chat with this user face-to-face on cam. And more importantly, if there was a source with clear answers for this kind of issue.

It clearly is legal to chat face to face
no sex on cam with minors though if that is what you mean |
