Confused privacy when forwarding emails

Are there any legal restrictions on forwarding emails someone has sent to me? If I forward or copy the email to someone else, the original sender's email address is now aaccessible by others. Are there laws that govern individuals? Businesses? Membership groups?

It is permitted unless you are doing so for commercial reasons...
