Good day,
im living in south africa, and im really considering moving to thailand. i have a website idea that i know will boom in thailand. the question i have, is would i have to register a company in Thailand to run this website? i would require having 2 - 6 part time workers. please advise? |

No--the site itself can operate from any location. But if you have local employees and the like then you will need to comply with various business registration rules.
