I was monitering my girlfriends computer
I sent a program to my girlfriends computer to see what she was up to. She found is now planning to press charges. How much trouble am I in?

Well it technically is not legal.
You could get some fine or punishment but often they don't actually file criminal charges in such situations between friends. Did you damage or use any info etc.? |
