What actions can be pursued?

Hello everyone,
I am a fellow online video game player and i play a MMO called Tales of Pirates. I have played this game over a year casually and i am a constant in game item maller because the items are so cheap. Recently a new patch was released into the game which was bugged and i recently purchased items from their in-game mall worth over 300 dallors. Because of this certain bug, i lost those items and filed a professional complaint to the technicians and developers about the situation. Because they have my previous item purchase records and are aware of the bug because of my very long and thorough help center post, If they do not act upon my wishes to either have the items replaced or money return, what actions can i take against the company? And how would it? Thank you for your time.

Oh and by the way, The company recognizes it is their fault. But still will not proceed with returning the items. The Company Name is IGG.

Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
