Pornographic Pictures: Someone hacked my boyfriend's account

For the past five years I have been veritably e-stalked because someone out there is determined to make my life a living hell. Someone logged into my boyfriend's account, gaining access to pictures of myself nude and/or engaged in sexual acts and has proceeded to post them on pornographic websites, at times, posing as me, sometimes giving out personally identifying information. I have never given consent for this and it has been incredibly psychologically damaging for me. What legal rights do I have?

Well that is illegal for them to hack in, to post and to impersonate you.

You may file criminal charges if you can identify them. Let them know you will do so.

But always keep that stuff off the web. Nothing is ever 100% secure, for all sorts of reasons.
