Confused unauthorized picture posting/blackmail

Ok, im going to try to make this as clear as possible. It started out as me finding revealing pictures of myself on a website. The FEW people ive sent them to and the forum i posted 2 of them in, it was understood that no one would see them. I did not give my consent. So, i contacted the site owner that my pictures were posted on, and i did what he said to have them moved to VIP(private viewing) and to guarentee that my pictures would not be posted again or any more would ever be posted. But, he found out that i was warning other girls about that site and their pictures being posted on the site, and he got mad so now he said i have to send him revealing sign pictures or hes going to put my pictures back in public viewing and someone has added more. He admited in a message, that he is blackmailing me and gave me 12 hours to send the sign pictures. then when i said that i could get him legally for blackmail, he said "i own the site, i can delete it and then what do u have??" so that is also tampering with evidence if im correct. Obviously, im not stupid. I'm not going to send revealing pictures to him to get mine removed. here is the first email he sent me after i asked what the sign has to say to get my pictures removed....

"You want them deleted from VIP?

FULL BOOB SIGN, FACE SHOWING AND ****TANG SIGN, FACE DON'T HAVE TO SHOW.
SIGNS SAYING TEERO!

Why?

I know about the fungirl group and used someones account, went and checked it out
through her account today and i'm going to move your pics to whiny *****es forum for
everyone to see, even non-members. If you don't make the signs and yes, now i'm
being an *******. All you had to do was asked to be VIP'd, and i would've deleted your
****. It saids, i'll vip you after you make a sign, and just so you know, fungirl is Franky
haha he posts alot of girls on here...

Blake added more pics of you... I'll put you in the big contributers group. Where people
donated $15 or posted something good. That's where someone posted about the group,
so you can check after you send the signs. Big Contributers Group, you can also view VIP!

E'mail is teerogotgame@yahoo.com... or save as PNG file type and attach them in a message.

No one will see these signs, not even on myspace where i put most of the signs.
Myspace don't allow nudity...

I'm not repling to any other message without the signs!...

Yes, this is blackmail... I'll give ya bout 12 hours to do the signs before i move the pics to public..."

I am not sure how i can save this email since it is on that website, before he goes in and deletes it. I just need some advice what i should do about this. Im pretty sure there isnt much i can do about the pictures being posted, but isnt there something i can legally do about the blackmail and tampering?

I had the same thing happen to me on a different website, only I had never posted them. Someone else had. I was told my pictures would not be removed unless I sent more by the webmaster. How is it fair that this can happen??
