Obtaining info from private profile on Myspace

Has anyone heard of obtaining infromation from a mypsce account that's profile is privated for evidence? The info on the site I am referring to could help with a divorce and custody case. Can an individual site be subpoenaed for a court case?

Yes you certainly can subpoena them. It happens often.

you sure can and they are more than willing to help you out. Although you may have to get a court order to do they will turn that info over to your lawyer or court but not you. Just remember your hands should be clean of any blame before you go calling the kettle black. That all comes out on there also. hope this helps. Said i was just trying to get them in trouble but my space keeps your cookies in a file and all the info on those cookies will be released upon proper request. Lavisa
