On top of the NWS stuff, I am seeking answers on how to sue the search engine. If you type in Kevin Martin OWS, you will find stuff I didn't write, and stuff I did. You'll find impostors that hate me for my weather forecast skills that sabatoged my name.
Google.Com has prevented me from making new contacts, and employment because my name is wrongly on that search engine for things I didn't even do. Every time I go to a message board and introduce myself, one swift search of Kevin Martin OWS comes out the negative stuff I didn't say, ending my contacts everywhere. I am seeking damages from the search engine, and will be my own lawyer. I'm truly sick of it. The other search engines do not butcher me like that. Can this be done, because I'm sick of it. |

If you can show it is false and defamatory you can go after those that posted it.
You could actually win damages that would be significant. It is a bit hard to hold Google liable as they do not control and police all content on the web... |
