I am a recent victim of internet fraud. I purchased a world of warcraft account and paid for it fully using Paypal but recently, the seller reclaimed the account back. However its way past the 45 day dispute and I am trying to find out how else I can sue him. World of warcraft account trading is illegal with the parent company Blizzard but is rampant nonetheless. I will of course lose my fight with Blizzard but I am currently more interested in pursuing the seller who took my money by fraudulent means.

Yeah well have you considered the fact that the guy your chasing may have not sold you his account?? That it might have been hacked, and sold beyond his control or knowledge?? This happened in my case, my account was hacked and sold. Ofcourse I reclamied it - so QQ some more, rather then buy accounts get your own.
