tradekey scam, china playgame

I, as well as over 20 individuals have been scammed out of thousands of dollars by a company that was listed or still is listed under new names on TradeKey.com. TradeKey has listed them as verified Silver members which has mislead us all to believe they were a reputable company. Tradekey.com need to be held liabile for inaccurate information as well as misrepresentation of the businesses it list as "verified". It has come that the only thing a person needs to be a silver or gold member is to pay a fee of $365. No credentialing, verification of any kind is actually done. The company has been listed as pyuutan shoes, okps3, now they are listed as China playgame and still attempting to scam individuals although tradekey has been notified by many individuals about this scam.

File police reports for fraud if possible...you may have somebody with language ability call the police.

WLD lawyers could probably also help collect the funds and get charges filed.

I think Ive been scammed too. Fortunately, I only lost $200 USD.
Is anyone going to bring up a legal action against this site?

I emailed the lawyers and was told that if a group wanted it, the wld lawyers would help collect with staff in china. Maybe we need to figure out how many were involved with the company in china.

There are so many scammers on tradekey.com minutes after posting a request to buy mp3 players and i-pods, i was bombarded by people in china wanting to sell them to me for under 80$ a piece... Isn't there a way to stop these people?

realize that if its sounds too good to be true, that it probably is . . .

check references carefully before buying

I dont blame tradekey.com for scams, I dont know why but overall there is a vast quantity of chinese suppliers who are always trying to rip off people either by coning them or sending them fake replicas.

Alibaba.com is also facing the same problem with these chinese suppliers.

So i say Think before you Leap. Whatever you do , but before sending the payment do confirm about their company from the chamber of commerce China. Lets fight scam together, for a better trade.
