Tradekey scam, China playgame

I received my goods that I paid $573?USD for: I got a fake omega watch, and fake louis vutton purse and a fake iphone (schiphone i68+) total value $130USD

receiving the phone wasn't a massive kick in the ass, but it's still not what I ordered by a long shot and this person has to be brought to justice.

I have contacted my credit card provider and I am the process of reversing the credit card transaction to Western Union.

Most major banks offer this service for victims of fraud. I will take in a copy of all emails sent and received. a copy of the western union transfer, and the delivery invoice with the tracking number hui lee provided.

I just ordered 2 sample phones and the person i payed put the money for was also named xuan li and i was wondering if it was the same one...because at this point in time i am tracking my package and i ordered it from the guy named tim.

the company name is agogo trade co.,ltd.

i sent him 340 dollars and well he still has kept in touch with me.
this might be a legit company because i have not seen any bad reviews on it in any forum.

and in alibaba the comments from people seem to be ok...but lets hope for the best.if you get your item let me know.

They are froud company they did the same thing to me took $179 for Iphone and sent fake LV wallet. be ware of tradeland a guy name Xien Li will steal your money . I have there address and everything can I do anything about it?

I have just paid $95USD to this "Xuan Li" aka "Tim" through Western Union, I will keep everyone here posted if it's a scam or not. By the way, how do I check reviews of suppliers on Alibaba?

Dam i wish i came across this site before i ordered form dazhanjidian, do not deal with them at all, i paid money ($300 US) then asked for tracking number & then thats it wouldnt return my calls, messages etc. They are scammers.

I recently laid out over US$337.69 for good purchased with CHINAGARMENTEXPORT.COM a company recommended to me by TRADEKEY.... they assured me that they were an 'honest company'. We placed an order, AND PAID FOR THIS ORDER. . Emails started to arrived from CHINAGARMENTEXPORT some days up to 4 - 5 emails, as they were not able to supply what we ordered. We demanded out money back, but they would not do this, they would say ' choose again'... this went on for weeks till we didn't know what we had ordered any more as the order had totally changed. We demanded them to forward invoice so we could see exactly what we were now going to receive... as we were not able to get our money back, we accepted the order, we were not happy, but had no choice. We waited for weeks for the order to arrive, when we queried this, we were told by CHINAGARMENTEXPORT that the order was with Chinese Customs - and therefore order was complete... We argued with them, as we had no proof that the order was sent. Finally after many emails, they agreed to send the order again. (Chinagarmentexport said they were doing us favour). WHEN THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED, WE WERE SO ANGRY, EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, SIZES WERE TOO BIG, COLOURS WERE WRONG, AND THE SHOES WHICH WERE TO BE REAL LEATHER WERE PLASTIC. - We complained to the company and were told, because we took SO LONG TO COMPLETE OUR ORDER, they filled the order as best as they could and that the LEATHER SHOES WERE NEW LEATHER PU LEATHER.... PU leather is not leather.
We are unable to use the items because of the sizing. We lodged a complain again with CHINAGARMENTEXPORT.COM AND TRADKEKEY - Chinagarmentexport company didn't care and Tradekey said they removed them from website. We have lost over US$337.68 TRADEKEY NEEDS TO TAKE MORE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPPLIERS THEY SEND OUT.

Me again, i sent money to Xuan Li AKA Tim who's email was agogotrading@live.cn and he(or she) still kept in contact with me via e-mail and gave me a tracking number, seems like a legit wholesaler right? WRONG! the tracking number said my package was delivered to a different city and state.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON... they are a scammer!

same here, he sent it to the wrong address and when i emailed me about it, he said it was the fault of EMS and he could not do a refund
