I also say that it's basically not a problem of Alibaba & Tradekey (B2b) web portals. when we deal with any supplier from any part of a world not only in china we have to make sure that they have good business back ground 1st we have to ask online customer support from that site we are dealing with these supplier can they did fair deal with us and also keep in mind that always deal with Gold, Trust pass & Silverkey member. before you make any deal ask Customer support can we make a deal with that supplier? and wait for their answers. I cant deal without confirmation thats why i did successfully my business online by using Alibaba & tradekey B2b Web Portal.
