tradekey scam, china playgame

We were just scammed out of $1600. by Tradekey.com and one of their companies at jsytrade.com. Do not deal with either of them. They are down and dirty cheats. What they sent us was 2 - $5.00 vases to make us believe they were actually sending us something. They had us foolishly tracking the package. My feeling is that we should ban all trade with China. They are ripping us off and making our kids sick with lead paint on they toys they sell us. And now, they are also buying our banks and loans, etc. How stupid are we, Americans???

We have been defrauded by a fake Chinese Company calling itself Vision International Co.,ltd or Vision Trade International Co.,ltd or HuaCheng Foreign Trading Co.,Ltd (Probably fake company names).

These people use the domain names ebay23.com ebay26.com ebay27.com ec30.com ec201.com and sccii.com We were defrauded of $1,500 and we intend to push this issue until the seller and all other parties who are knowingly involved are prosecuted for fraud and our funds are recovered.

We are building a case to submit to UK police for investigation with details of the persons identity based on his gold membership of tradekey.com. We have had arranged to drop ship 4 Apple Iphones to various customers and we will soon be in possession of signed statements from these customers stating what happened.

We are Compiling a file on this person based on names, addresses, correspondence data, Tradekey data, signed statements from the 4 drop ship customers, domain WHOIS data, domain registration information, details of the order correspondence, the payment data from Western Union, other wire transfer and bank details given by this party, the website data and data from the credit card processors which filed notes from the customers from their complaints and data from other people were defrauded by this person/ company who have posted on internet trade message boards. We will present this file to the UK Police and the Chinese Embassy in London. We have already closed down this person/ company’s ability to receive funds through Western Union and have got one of their Tradekey listings delisted for fraud. We are working with Tradekey to get their other listing delisted.

Could we please ask that you do not trade with this party and you to suspend/ freeze any accounts that you hold for this party immediately so that no further people get defrauded. I am willing to submit to you the file that I have on this person should you require it at this stage, or at a later stage when the file is complete. Please feel free to contact me UK time between 8am and 11pm on one of the phone numbers below, as well as the police report and court injunction when it gets to that stage.

We paid a total of $1,500 by Western Union in 2 transactions.

We are sent 5 non Apple junk phones with an Apple logo on them and they did not even power on.

We are now having to file a crime report with the police, file with Western Union, and file a crime report with Chinese law enforcement agencies, get their websites blocked and file a county coury injunction against these people to get internet providers to close down their accounts.

I would suggest if you do want to order something put the payment through an escro company. They will hold your money until you receive your ordered items, and then you call them and tell them to go ahead and give your money to the company.

I was also scammed by a Company from china. I think tradekey should change the way they award trust points. I found out through their legal dept
that silver members etc. are awarded trustpoints based on their membership levels ($ paid to tradekey), and not on how legit a company may or may not be.

EBAY set a good example by implementing paypal, feedback scores etc, etc.
Perhaps tradekey should take a look at how trust points are awarded.

And if Tradekey wants to be looked at a legit company they shouldn't be selling tradepoints.

I just wanted to inform everyone that szeverlink located at www.szeverlink.cn and also active on this forum is a scam.

In november i placed an order with them for a sample of two gps systems.
He was in a hurry for me to send the money and kept mailing why it hadn't arrived yet. then two weeks later he acknowledged the money was there.

That is when the whole story started.
Instead of the promised 4-5 days delivery he said they were not in stock, after mailing him over the next two weeks he informed me that the factory no longer had them in stock either and they didn't know when production would resume.
Strange, since 2000 other chinese traders sell the same 910 tomtom gps.

Then came the long line of emails with a replies ranging from , we are very bussy to we have been on vacation. Note that this man Henry is able to go on vacation more than he works.

Anyway, it is now three months later, and he stopped replying a while ago.
When i used other mailaccounts to inform about prices and stock he claimed he had more than 50 in stock and delivery time was 4-5 days.

This guy is a total joke, and maybe he had some good luck with other people who lost money with him and just forgot about it.
I am not forgetting, and i want to warn people so they don't fall for the same trap.

So in short, DO NOT BUY FROM SZEVERLINK because he takes your cash and never sends the goods.

I truly hope that owners of "companies" like his get a ban for life on trading websites , they give the chinese exporters a bad reputation.

i am michael from US. i have dealed with this company for 1 years,they are honest and helpful.

they always check all items before sending them,and they pack well to decrease broken items .

i trust them.we have good coopration.

It appears the Trade Key is full of scamers. Got scammed myself, and Trade Key is no help. Everytime you send Trade Key an email, you get a file number, but noone ever follows up on it. I currently have 13 file numbers on one case.

Here are some false promises the companies use. " try us out with sample order", the sample order works well, then when you make a large order, things go wrong. For me, I received about half the merchandise. I assume they did not have full order in stock, so they sent half order and claimed a ful order was shipped.

They even gave me a bogus EMS number on one case. It was delivered and signed for by someone in a different city. I phoned that person and he had received a shipment that was his, so I was given a bogus EMS number.

MY lessons learned, don't put much faith in trust points and gold membership ( my scammer had over 3,600 trust points and a gold member.


Only deal with companies that accept PayPal as payment. It may cost you 5% more it is worth it.

Do not deal with company that ships only by EMS. EMS is terrible, even if it ends up in US by US Postal.
