World Law has not always obtained convictions but the record is pretty good. I know from unfortunate past experiences. They have 400 or 500 lawyers involved and if and when they really dig in, they will help us!

From the news yesterday , it seems the government Malaysia has taken all those Hong Kong and Singapore Bank accounts and the last monies are still there. If anyone invested at the last , then those money would still be there.

So maybe you can give proof of your bankwire details to Malaysian SC and Worldlaw for returning of funds. The courts needs proofs and the investors have proof. You did not send money to your uncle, or friend , you send it to those accounts who are owned by those running SwissCash. So give they proper lawyers the proofs

and I think (guess), if it is possible (after the trial), Malaysia SC will return the money to the investor. but, then, Malaysian investor will got the higher pirority, (or only give back to Malaisyain).

So, if you are not Malaysian, better report to your country's authority... otherwise, you money will donated to Malaysia. (ok, this is not a bad things..)

Then what the status of 28 Sept 07 with e-commerce platform....te issue has been replaced by the Court....

look like is not happening and the final answer is SCAM! time to make a police report and then it is history. f... all years of hard work and saving gone.

Ah, well, the truth is that Michael Mansfield of Swisscash does not exist and he is just a mascot which the authorities know. You cannot bring a non-existent person to court and punish him because it would be a mockery of the court if they do so. It is like you cannot bring Mickey Mouse to court. If you want to sue, you sue the people behind the mask which would be Amir and his gang in Malaysia. Michael Mansfield is probably a creation of several groups of swisscash scammers, that is why sometimes his english in his press release can sound more malay, sometimes it sounded like a chinese trying to write english and sometimes his english improved a great deal. While other times, his english sounded more Middle Eastern.

If Michael Mansfield actually exists, he could have resolved all the issue by just making a presence and provide all the legal papers to state that it is real and apply for all the licenses. But it does not happen.
