I don't have any confidence in these corrupt officials.

Both MSC and top leaders of SC put up the show to rip off millions of dollars from investors. Behind the scene, they are laughing all the way to the bank!

I would like US lawyers to become involved in this swisscash matter and I will email this site as well to see what can be done. Many of the guilty persons are in differnet countries so really there has to be a broader approach to this problem in my opinion.

Angry in Singapore

I would note to the poster above that the Malaysian officials are slow in some cases it is true, but if encouraged they will eventually act!!

The case have dragged too long. The scammers like BB Ng and Serene Chea have placed their millions of dollars into foreign banks, bought new Mercedes cars, terrace houses and got involved in new money games. Started to scam all over again and we are still discussing what to do with them. Go and get a job or go into another ethical business and forget about them. Let God deal with them!

Is the US Securities Exchange Commission involved in this? With all the US "investors"?

I think all the securities commission are involved. But it takes quite a long time to get any solution.

Since no one complained, no securities comission is in action.

i asked many victim whether they did report.

ALL of them said, YES, we SHOULD report to the authorites....

AND, i asked again, whether they DID report by themselves.. they ALL said that some one should already reported, they no need to report again.

all THINK someone will report, at the end no one did report. no report, how can authorities do action...

You can start the ball rolling by being the first one to take action - report them!

I understand the Malaysian Securities Commission have been prosecuting swiss cash in the Malaysian courts and have locked up the servers of this company to stop them trading.
The money is frozen in a bank in Malaysia but I do not know which one.
Swiss cash owes me $4200 and I want to recover it from the bank but the Malaysian Securities Commission who know where it is have not replied to my emails on this matter.
As the money exists it is important that investors are repaid by the holding bank.
So the question remains as to how we recover our investments.
Collectively several million pounds are involved as there were about 100,000 investors from all over the world.
Thanks,
Geoff
