Based on the website (www.swisscash.net) and uplinks assurances, I and my family members and friends were joined S I P- 25 Scheme during June 2007 by investing $. 100/1000. Activation fess is at $. 30 is extra for each deposits.
2. The Company has promised to return monthly 25% of Invested amounts till life time and the principal amount was guaranteed by SWISS MUTUAL FUND (1948). 3. As per Company?s assurances, they were returned the amount to the Investors till 17-08-2007. But. The said Company?s website has been stopped with effect from 18-08-2007 and most of the Investors who were joined on or after 18-07-2007 have not received any single amount. Till date there was no news or Swisscash published E-mails. But, the other web sites / bloggers have published the news that the Swiss cash will be opened and the invested amount will be returned to the investors with modified new schemes. Anyhow, more than 6-1/2 months have been passed no news about re-opening of Swiss cash web site. One Web Site who were giving the dates for re-opening of Swisscash has also been also stopped its website. So it is presumed that this is fake web site. Another Website has also publishing re-opening of Swisscsah news.

As of now there is no updated News on New Marketing Plan of Swisscash . Official Launch date is on March 8th 2008.
Most of the Swisscash Investors are frustrated and they again join HYIP company to gain the losses made from Swisscash.
Please don?t take such Steps. HYIP plans are risky and you might loose more money.
Get into Regular jobs,
Lets hope for the Best and wait till march 8th or a new Updated Date for Launch.

5. Unfortunately no new site was re-opened on 8th March 2008 as already published / informed by the bloggers. The same blogger who announced the inaugural date was now stated that Swisscash is SCAM and asked to join some other plan introduced / joined by them. So, it is presumed that this blogger is also supported with Swisscash till 5th March 2008.
6. Under the above circumstances, kindly offer your remarks /suggestions to file complaints through Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). or any other Organization against Swisscash and other bloggers (Websites) who were so for published the false news from August 2007 to till 5th March 2008.

it does no use to sue swisscash, since swisscash does not exists at all. no point to sue 'the ghost'. whoever did see anythings/anyone from swisscash, besides the stupid website? Sue the top leader and epoint dealer who manupulated all the investors into buying their worthless epoints when they knew SC are going to be closed soon. Sue the top leaders in Singapore and Malaysia like BB Ng and Serene Chea who are behind all the SC false news and scams. Now they are into new HYIP scams.

No use any other avenue as SC/mutual fund 1948 never existed.

Now more than five months since I complained along with copies of fund transfer to Malaysian authorities (MSC) and still no action from them.
I don't have any confidence in these corrupt officials.
