One top lady e-point dealer have taken and earned at least a million dollars from Singaporeans, Malaysians and Jaimaicans for the last few months since the SIP25 have emerged. Now probably she have gone into hiding and deposited the huge amount of money into overseas banks.

Does anybody is close enough to see the court hearings and where they are located? If nobody has complained that they did not get their money well is there anything the SEC but stop them from giving our money back?

These are hopeless questions that nobody knows. I am amberassed for the situation I caused other people as they invested a little. I will try to give them at least half of there investment. This is because I got them into this mess, I will try to help them.

Some time ago in this forum there is a proposal that we return to our downlines what we earned as faststart of 10% to them. If you have purchased e-points from the e-points dealers instead after Dec 2006, then you should go after them for the full principal amount.

Somehow they might have news of Swisscash demises soon and yet continued to sell their e-points. All this were done with the intention and greed of converting their worhtless e-points to cash without regards to new investors foes.

Other investors who introduced SC to their friends are simply ponds used by the e-points leaders to get rid of their e-points.

SIARAN AKHBAR
Kuala Lumpur, 27 September 2007

I think retuning your downlines the 10% you earned from them on the time they invested is fair because you are the one who bring them into this hot soup.

For now, you really need to wait for the outcome of the court proceeding. I supposed if there is any money to be returned to investors, you will need to provide documentary evidence of your investment including the amount you paid. The trouble with swisscash is that you hand money over and uplines or dealers usually do not provide any receipt or documents and everything is pretty much done online.

It is going to be very difficult but not impossible.

We have the evidence as we printed out every transaction from the SC site when we buy points from the e-points dealers.

If you want to sue, you sue the people behind the mask which would be Amir and his gang in Malaysia. Michael Mansfield is probably a creation of several groups of swisscash scammers, that is why sometimes his english in his press release can sound more malay, sometimes it sounded like a chinese trying to write english and sometimes his english improved a great deal. While other times, his english sounded more Middle Eastern.

If Michael Mansfield actually exists, he could have resolved all the issue by just making a presence and provide all the legal papers to state that it is real and apply for all the licenses. But it does not happen.

If he's not Micahel Mansfield than who is he?? Some janitor or photoshop expert creation (morphing technique)...if someone's using my picture without my consent, I'll sue them, or at least ask for some royalty.....ROYALTYYY...
