So they asked me to please be patient, my card will reach me. My friend also was impatient and requested a refund 2 weeks ago, and got the check yesterday. So they are working on our behalf, because the check he received – cleared. FWM is NOT scamming us.

I think it is clear it was a scam--that is why the SEC filed charges.

SO, where is everybody that was on this forum replying to wait and give these guys a chance to send the debit cards? where all the people that invested and join this scam and never received a dime until today?

How do you sign up with this company. I can't get to any website.

I recieved a check for $1900.00 on Sept. 20, 2007. The last I heard was an e-mail from Fairweather Management saying the cards would be out at the end of Nov. 2007. I haven't heard anything since. Except for this forum. They still owe me $2100.00 to live up to the contract I signed with Wills name on it and signature.

Can anyone give me the contact number for the lead investigator.. I will testify and show proof that they stole alot of money from hard working people.........

SO what is next in refernce to everybodies money?? are ass out ?? are we getting a lawyer?? there is some money that was freeze, like in the thousands or millions?? so what happen with that money if they cannot get it then does it go back to us or what?
