I also received an e-mail from FWM stating that they have to follow all procedures the law requires of them, as they are now working with our money and don’t want to miss anything so the law will have no reason to shut them down and we lose our investment. So they asked me to please be patient, my card will reach me. My friend also was impatient and requested a refund 2 weeks ago, and got the check yesterday. So they are working on our behalf, because the check he received – cleared. FWM is NOT scamming us.
Just relax

How come the website is down and has been for more than two weeks alomost?

There are 0% that are legitimate and they all fail for one reason or another. Ain is truely a diamond in the rough in my opinion.

so what is the deal with our little diamond in tha rough scam?? no one has heard anything from them nor they are answering the emails for req on money back for those that have not seen any profit. so Mr. Passive income, are you working with them?? and the reason why they are not register or showing record with the BBB is probably because they do not stay under the same name or management long enough for people to file complaint and it be recorded and since we do not know the previouse names they used, there was no way to check on past record.
thanks a lot Passive income chance. all they have to do is just send an email or refund the people that are requesting ref and go about there business.

I have been following this thread since the site went down. I have been in contact with Cassie via email as well. She is no longer a customer rep, but is an investor. She still has not received a DC. I don't believe that anyone has, but she told me that a couple of investors had emailed her telling her that they received theirs. No other details than that. She does not beleive that Will or Jason is behind this. That is the only hope that I get from her. She is just as scared of loosing her money as are the rest of us, but I remain optomistic. If anyone can get a hold of Will or Jason, it is her. I will send on any updates.

she is worry about loosing her money?? what about worried about getting in trouble with the SEC along with the other's? that is what she should be more concern about... worried about her money??? if she lives and worked right there in the same state with them all she has to do is get in her car or bus and go to there house and talk to them, why would she of all people have porblems getting a hold of them?? this is very weird..

How did you get hold of Cassie. How can I reach her? If you don't think you want to post this information on an open forum here, please send that information to aindenver.fraud@gmail.com. Thank you.

Did anyone receive the Debit cards if so shout all we got is few days left before all hell brake loose. Peps who are trying to sugar coat are in big denial folks. Just one or 2 claiming to be get paid. They could be any of those admin posting there. Remember there are over 2000 partners. Wake and smell the coffee folks. Statistics say that even 10% gets paid we would know by this time. Perpetrators are scared. None of representatives are replying. All RED Signs. Can we put lien on their/parents properties. I hope feds are gonna use Homeland security laws / Banking laws to regulate lot of money flowing out of that academy bank. Can some one / attorney bring Court injunction to that account saying national security at risk those who are trying to run away could be flight risk so that they do not run away without any consequences.
