If nobody gets a check, then there is a problem. The SEC knows about them already.... and unfortunately it because of PEOPLE LIKE YOU. Read your agreement that says WILL REFUND PRINCIPAL WHENEVER YOU WANT. Have you tried asking for your money back?? I guess the answer is NO! Try it, and you will get a check in the mail and it aint gonna be profit.
