I said I was watching from the sidelines. What the fuk does that mean to you? That I'm standing with my eyes closed? Did you pass high English?

That was your attempt at being tricky? I hope you're not the brains of the group going after William. You might as well just stick your head in the mousetrap now. You would do better to go back to your clumsy, halfazz attacks on people. It doesn't bode as bad for you when your accidental mistakes are sophomoric, ignorant and plain dumb. It's the glaring mistakes in your intentional words that illuminate your true lack of intelligence.

What are you going to do for your next trick? Follow these azzholes off a cliff?

It appears that you've may have lived among lies so long that you have forgotten what truth is. Until you can respond to the discussion in a coherent and non-abusive manner, the debate on which of us has the higher intelligence will need to be adjourned.

Aside from the fact that my intelligence(or lack of it as you would believe)has nothing to do with EV, EV2 etc, etc absconding with our funds in a manner that cannot avoid raising difficult questions, none of which have been sufficiently answered by AD/WJMKC/Martinolli, Wolfie/Joey and the other supporters of their position.

With all your mistakes you would open yourself up to a nice counter suit. Wouldn't want you to get yourself in trouble.

Now we both know that what is stated in a legal document is protected. Certainly you know that with as many judgments having been ruled against you. You probably know your way around a courtroom with the worst of them. All to credibility, William.

Now, for you to counter sue, I'd have to have sued you. I'm saving that little tidbit for the not too distant future. But you're encouraged to do so when the time comes. That way the judge can pronounce you a LOSER with even more emphasis.

From what? Criticism? Judgement? Truth? Law enforcement? What you put on a legal document can be used against you. Don't forget what Khan said about revenge.

That's why you have your attorney prepare and file the docs, fool. Now, scurry back to your comic books and take your threats with you.

I have to agree with #304. Just because an attorney files paperwork does not carry any weight as to whether they are factual. All it means is that an attorney filed paperwork. I was always partial to Wonder Woman.

And yes, what you put in the legal documents with the state will be used against you.

As to Khan; or in your case, con. As in conman, soon to be convict.
