I think your arguments would hold more credibility if you people who are unregistered would use some sort of user name, maybe the one you used in EV, or suf?

What are you afraid of?

you mean like you did?

it doesn't matter who the truth comes from.
it only matters that it is the truth.
the truth is that only one person stole our money. it was not A.D.
the truth is many have been made whole already.
the truth is many have been paid partial payments as promised.
it is only a matter of time before the remaining payments are made as promised.

accusations to the contrary is only sour grapes by shallow, unintelligent, rabble rousers looking to make trouble. some of who have no money in EV so why they scream so much?

This scam is obviously a PONZI SCHEME. When Martinoli solicited additional funds to form another investment scam, wasn't that enough to set off an alarm and raise a few red flags?

I can only say that I would not want to be one of those who ponied up additional funds.

Steal from me once; shame on you. Steal from me twice; shame on me.

"Additionally, EV was operating unlawfully according to Seychelles law to begin with. Do some homework or continue along among the others with your head in the sand."

This is quite interesting, this thought being offered now. I noticed through my reading here, that the main argument against is registration in the in MO.
So now EV was operating out of the Seychelles? Which is it? Which registration takes precedence in this matter?

A previous poster pointed out that it is easy to cast aspersions. I tend to agree, so making statements on the net with only partial facts damages people's reputations. We have limited access to information regarding the nature of the investments and the people responsible for the care of it. Just because a few with a grudge to bare throw statements out about the individuals doesn't make them true.

Interesting, have you proof there never was a trust account?
The reality is that Franc Springall, the master trader, was in charge of that, and if you had read the SUF forum at all you would know this!

The problem is no one has spent any time or energy seeking out the trust fund that Franc was suppose to set up, so until there is definite proof there is no fund, your statement has no validity and is just for inflammatory self aggrandizement.

Nope. You have it wrong. EV has/had only one owner. Guess that was done behind your back. Oh, the snakes they are slippery.

Oh, look at the admin point fingers at each other now. Which will be the first to turn States evidence for a deal? My bet is......well, I'll reserve that wager for later.
