Reading these pages becomes funnier every visit. It seems like the same couple unhappy posters, re-posting their similar repeated message.

The question of the day is this.
If the S.E.C and F.B.I. are building cases,so strong why the necessity to solicit other complainers? Can the case be made against EV with the only the one complainer?
Readers here, tend to get the hint of desperation in the repeated posts.

one other comment is, I have wondered by the use of the term "thousands of investors", before this. Now again the guy uses it. How many investors were ripped off?, how many weren't? I don't think I know how many were even part of it, do anyone else for sure?

What would you do? Wait for the 12th of never? Guess you like being ripped off.

Are all of you from that little island where big nosed blondes sit in front of their pcs all day trying to make themselves look more important than you really are? You're obviously trying to brainwash some dummer dummies to try to start some kind of legal action because you know that to so would be suicide. Lodge false accusations against someone and they can hit back. Start a lawsuit based on half truths and "what some blonde wrote on an annonymous forum" and it might be YOU who gets the judges hammer. since when is 1600 the same as thousands? idiots. I thought you mushrooms were going back into your sh1t cave? Can't stay away can you? What will you do after all ev members are paid? You could always go into politics. You seem to spin things like crooked politicians.

My interest isn't financial, it is more fair play. I haven't been convinced there has been a crime committed, and while I concede this has gone on along time, who can put a time limit specifically, on the process of earning enough to pay these people what they are owed.? I couldn't. If you believe you know unequivocally how long an investment takes to maturity, and you conclude this has gone on significantly longer than promised; then perhaps you are right in being angry.
I humbly differ with your approach as I do not see you getting your investment back this way.

I figure he will pay back my principle when he gets it, and has done so to many, so right now I have to wait.

You really should review your participation in Ev, after all you did not have to join, no one twisted your arm!

Please, try and make some modicum of sense.........

When did "fair play" ever have a role in business? And how is any of the negative posting "unfair"?? It's quite simple, we invested money and they have reneged on their obligation.

Haven't been convinced of a crime???? Have you studied the crime of miss-selling investments? And they were clearly miss-sold in certain cases. There can be no argument on that point. Its black and white. Unless ,of course, you can convince me that somehow the Admin making statements about funds being held in independent trust , while a complete lie and fabrication, was essentially benign and is looked on favorably by the law. And subsequent statements by them laying the blame on a unverified ,and possibly unverifiable, "third party" does not absolve them of their legal corporate responsibility. There are plenty of other equally valid criminal allegations presented here, you do the reading, here and elsewhere.

"while I concede this has gone on along time, who can put a time limit specifically, on the process of earning enough to pay these people what they are owed.?"

Rhetorical question or what? So you are theoretically comfortable with waiting an indeterminate amount of time, 5 years? 10 years? 20?

"If you believe you know unequivocally how long an investment takes to maturity, and you conclude this has gone on significantly longer than promised; then perhaps you are right in being angry."

I know(NOT believe, there is a difference) , and this has gone on well over a year than was promised(I contend that amount of time constitutes "significant") , but I am not angry..................This is business and emotions only cloud the issue. There has been a clear breach of standard procedure and the legal option is the natural consequence.

" I humbly differ with your approach as I do not see you getting your investment back this way."

Perhaps you are right, and Bill will honor his word, and make the payments as promised, time will tell. But until that happens, or not, going down the legal avenue is the only sensible and rational course of action given the circumstances surrounding this issue.

That's why it will take a judge to sort this out. Or, multiple judges.

I'm willing to let the chips fall as they may, as long as the facts are presented in a level playing field. Not one controlled and manipulated by Martinoli and crew.

Don't be so quick to think that investors (at least those located in the USA) are not provided rights and provisions under State and Federal Laws not outlined in EV's phony and T's & C's.

Additionally, EV was operating unlawfully according to Seychelles law to begin with. Do some homework or continue along among the others with your head in the sand.

These kind of statements are indicative of someone who obviously has no idea what they are talking about.
Anyone can cast aspersions on some, especially when they are anonymous in nature, and have no basis in fact.

What specifically do you beleive was violated in Seychelles law?
Give some had fact?
