If you would like to know where some of your hard earned money went, look here. The name of the company is CYNERGY GROUP, INC.. William Martinoli serves as President.

The company was incorporated in Kansas, with it's headquarters listed as William Martinoli's residence in Missouri.

It appears that Martinoli's accountant serves as Secretary of the FOR PROFIT corporation. You have to wonder if he knows what he has gotten himself into? Well, you know he's not providing the service for free.

Last but not least, the company states that it provides FINANCIAL SERVICES.
William will state that this organization was formed to come to the aid of EV. However, it is more likely that its purpose is to further line his pockets.

Godspeed in your efforts to recover your investments.

Thanks for providing this information. This will go to my attorney.

Ev was a scam from day one. Ok sure it was but for some it paid money. But not to me it did not but I'm not yelling scam though.
Its like buying a lottery ticket do we yell scam when we did not win?
NO AND NO and NO ok then.
Wake up you all knew the risks why cry like a stuck pig every time you did not profit?

How many times do you freak out and yell and tell everyone when you really did get paid?

Oh i get it your one of the losers that follow all of the team leaders who get all of the start up funds.

Just maybe you need to find some new friends the type of friends who do not need your bonus bucks.

I was at one time a promoter myself my moto is very simple no risk no reward.
This is not a coined phrase many people live by it.

The problem herein does not lie with the HYIPS themselves bit the greedy members who want to profit on such unreasonable profits.

Come on folks get real do you really think that these hyips can really pay these huge amounts? They are destined to fail the only way that they can stay in operation is with the constant recruitment of new meat meaning members. Do you get my point up front cash needs to keep[ filling the bean jar. Now once this bean jar runs out of beans meaning funds then guess what no more hyip.

This is called a ponzi scheme its the classic case of needing more funds and more funds to feed the machine being the members.

please note I'm not saying that Eliteventures is a ponzi.
I'm just talking in theoretics here ok.

Word of the day will elite pay off?
Can Elite pay off?
How will they get these funds if they have no funds?
Do they have a money machine ?
NO
My thinking is simple they will have to gain funds from either prior investments such as Solid investment or other day trader programs.
There are programs out there yes that do pay 5 times on your money but you do need to have a minimum of 10 mil to play these games.

Example 10 mil in lets say 3 months time could easily clear up this elite problem.

Do they have a clue ?
I doubt it they have been sitting there for a long time and really no word just rhetoric b.s .
I'm not passing judgment but any fool with half a brain can tell you that these boys need help and there is a huge group of angry folks pounding at the door.

Question : Am I a Member of Eliteventures?
YES
Will I wait?
I guess i have too but hey I do not have much faith in these clowns.

I only invested as a joke so hey no reward no loss who cares

The FBI and the SEC are building their cases. Contact them to join in stopping these scumbags from bilking others. Thousands of investors were ripped off.

"The FBI and the SEC are building their cases. Contact them to join in stopping these scumbags from bilking others. Thousands of investors were ripped off."

Reading these pages becomes funnier every visit. It seems like the same couple unhappy posters, re-posting their similar repeated message.

The question of the day is this.
If the S.E.C and F.B.I. are building cases,so strong why the necessity to solicit other complainers? Can the case be made against EV with the only the one complainer?
Readers here, tend to get the hint of desperation in the repeated posts.

one other comment is, I have wondered by the use of the term "thousands of investors", before this. Now again the guy uses it. How many investors were ripped off?, how many weren't? I don't think I know how many were even part of it, do anyone else for sure?

More than 1600 investors were listed at last count. This information was provided by Martinoli on his speak-up forum months ago.

Also, read the information contained in previous posts from Martinoli himself. "This is a big undertaking....that's why I have to wear my bigboy pants."

The only thing hilarious about thousands of investors being ripped-off for millions of dollars (to quote William himself), is that William acts like he has done no wrong. He knows different...and on the off chance that he doesent: He's about to be shown different.

I would say contact the FBI as well. Not to solicit others, but to give them an opportunity to go on record as being defrauded.
