Here is a synopsis for you... yesterday a person who called themselves "JacobMarley" posted that Elite Ventures is a scam (in fact, two threads - one says it is a "huge" scam). Now today JacobMarley has changed their username here to "World".. I don't know why, ask her that. This JacobMarley alias now World, has used various other names on forums = JanieR being one... If this person can post real names of Elite Ventures administrators, then her name is fair game also.

This World person conveniently only posted the early history of this internet HYIP. There is a very nice ending to this story ... the present admins are making restitution to people who lost money because one of the admins, Francis Springger did run off with funds. Mr. William Martinoli whom World refers to above invested his own funds and is now paying off the members every penny they invested.

Why isn't the whold truth being espoused her... for what purpose does it serve to call this program a scam? Indeed it is not a scam at the present time.

If you cannot sort out these names, go and read the whole thread and then make a decision on the present info presented here that people have received their money back and noone is running away or disappearing with funds. Please keep this in mind when you make a judgment about what is written about Elite Ventures. The program is closed.

You seem to understand all this.

What was this about, is this a scammer or related in some way, should we be cautious of this usernames
World aka Spartanltd, aka Devils Advocate, aka lighthouse

I would be cautious of anyone who purposely feeds you information that isn't truthful, or leaves out parts to influence you, or has ulterior motives to his actions.

The author here ( WORLD) obviously has an agenda. Why not ask him what it is? This information, hasn't been posted - NOW, to be an informative blog; so ask yourself ( the reader), what is the reasoning behind his motive?

There is only two things that come to mind, an angry misguided individual, who wants to malign our reputations, because he has been ejected from the forum, and or isn't being reimbursed fast enough? OR THE MOST LIKELY
reason is he has gotten nowhere with his plans to have a lawsuit against us.
WORLD, no doubt wishes to sue WM so he can unethically gain more money than he deposited by the law suit and damages. ( see law suit historys of individuals named here! this has been done before, and will be again- if they can get away with it). But hew has a problem! he is making unfounded acusations. EV.net cannot be correctly labelled a scam, because WM has not run anywhere, has not hidden anywhere, and has stood his ground with intentions of making all the members are whole. This includes malcontents like Jacob Marley, Spartan LTD or whom- ever. We do NOT have to pay them first however.

WORLD.- whoever you are ( I care not) remember, you choose to post private information, and we can do the same. I see one privacy law broken here, for sure, I will be checking other points. You are not immune to reciprocating acts with lawyers.

IF you have a point in posting, save a vindictive recourse, then why not spell it out? Why not tell "the readers" your motives? Now come on, What do you Get Out of This? Because any imp can see, it isn't to Put the Truth Out there for all to read. Theres Not alot of truth emanating from you. You are good at copy/paste posting. All helter skelter, out of sinc and conformance.

So therefore extremely suspect, because every word typed here by the author of this thread, is done for some private and singular reason, NOT for the good of the members.

I will say this I have found way too much that is untruthful. About the only things that are right are direct cut and pastes, and even they are taken out of context. Only people with things to hide accuse loudly, to draw the attention away from themselves.

My humble opinion

Joey Olsen - early posts in EliteVentures threads (as Wolfie).

At Future4me:

The reason only VIP investors may have a completed or more involved DD is because at that point and with certain documents signed, it is understood by both parties the seriousness of the information and the potential harm it could cause to be spread about.

and

EliteVentures is a great deal more involved than what you see on line. We have other assets we've been adding to our company, which will be public shortly, and which will show any potential investors or doubters, the depth of commitment we have to our business and its future. The steps we have taken and ( money spent) are far- far from anything a typical hyip would or COULD do, or afford.

and

I just was curious about the VIP remark, as I hadn't heard francozz ever refer to his amounts here or there, as some VIP investors, are more apt to do. I have known him for some time, many months anyway and we invest in many of the same opportunities, and truthfully I couldn't say whether he is or isn't.

Hyipranks

Part post The trader has no problem sustaining the trades for us. And the more we deposit the larger his ability to i "bring home the bacon" He is a seasoned veteran and knows exactly what he's doing and how to do it, with over 30 yrs experience in making clients wealthy.
The guarantee we offer, is taking all deposits as they come in and transferring them to a trust account where they stay! It isn't used for trading, at least not the physical dollars. He may leverage from the deposits though.
We are also building our reserve fund larger. It is our goal to have three times the deposits in reserve.

William Martinoli - early posts in EliteVentures threads from various forums, three different identities: A.Disondrio (Admin of EliteVentures), WJMKC and Sparticus (Dimitry)

In GlobalGoldTalk:

As an investor there I too was cautious, but once you reach the VIP level you will see that they really are what they say, and more.
I was paid my referal yesterday, and today my first success plan is comming due to be paid. I am reinvesting 100% into another success plan.
I see Elite has posted their address and corporate information, and their live support and ticket support is superb.
You will see in time that this is the best program ever.

WJMKC

and

You have been in plenty of programs that you thought were ok, and you made a spend, and eventually found out they actually were scams. Did your sixth sence rear it's head then??? Or is it just with good honest programs you have a problem???
Your opinion is yours to keep, and I hope you are wrong, because my sixth sence says this EV is the real deal......
BR
WJMKC

and

Actually, that is one of the programs i have been following and sent them money for their pre-launch fund.
I've been watcing it closely, as I made a moderator over there by Wolfie, and have some inside information with discussions that have gone on between mods, and find they are going at this in a manner that is honest, above board, and truely will be working the money invested in the stock markets. The trader, and his team has 20 years per person, or was it a combined 120 years with all of them, trading commodities, etc. It really feels real, I just am beside myself, after SI and I didn't think there was anything that was real anymore.
I understand they are launching their website this week and the admin is ITALIAN....how about that, they said his name, Anthony DiSondrio, what are the odds of that????? Just being a fellow Italian made me feel good!!!!
Don't know about what investment oportunities they are going to offer, other than the pre-launch. They did take ebullion and also offered egold, so all people should have the ability to fund their accounts based on their preferences.
Hope to see ya there Zephas
WJMKC

and

I've been in all those great looking sites, with the scrolling news and bells and whistles galore, and you know, every one of them has taken me for a ride.....there support was not in a matter of hours, but took days, then some never responded at all, you know SI was notorious for that.
I had a question about my deposit and they answered me in a few hours, I was actually surprised.
I agree, there are some rough edges, but their rates are not outlandish, the forum seems to be quite informative and sensitive to the concerns of the members regarding their investments. I must admit that i have been quite prevelent there and have tried, like in other forums, to discuss things in a civil and respectful manner.
I tell you what I like, their deposit system is not automated, they do everything by manual entry, and it gives me a sense that there are people actually doing the business of operating it, and I can believe from that there are actual traders.
All the HYIPS I've entered have been almost fully automated, so this one is a refreshing change.
I do understand your skepticism, I realize you must be that way, that is your job to ferret out the scammers and give us a realistic opinion based on your observations and interaction.
I suggest you do a spend and see for yourself, $50.00 is not allot.
That's another thing, they didn't start their program trying to draw the $5-$10 poor person, who is desperate for financial relief. The programs that have been scamming us the worst try to draw the lowest denomination from everyone, taking lunch money from children.....they are the ones we must truely devoid ourselves from.
respect

In Hyipranks:

To say in a public forum that something is other than what it is, is deservid of my ire.
Not my job to educate people, that's DiSondrio's thing, I treat people in the same manner they project, and the "tartan man" has illicited my distain for his crap.
WJMKC

and

You need to put some pants on dude???
Someone accuses me of being disondrio and you all think I am....I asked for the thread showing that...nothing/
You all here are scammers....you make badword up......where is your prooof?????
You have nothing....wjmkc ......says.....proove your badword A**HOLE.
And JanierR.....NO NO NO......where did you get bill from?????
And you "SKIRT MAN"" know nothng about banking.....you probably still are using "rods and Stones" for your calculations....
wjmkc

and

part post Yes scam buster, I am poor, and I am that way because I trusted sites like HR to do DD and make a qualified assessment of the risk. Unfortunately, I did not do my own DD, and I should have. I have gotten much information from Ev and I am comfortable there.

EV will succeed as already payments have been processed!
furthermore they are very serious and professional in the way EV is promoted
They are tired of scams and will do whatever it takes to fight them all to ensure all investors have a stable and honest income!
Francozz

One thing to note as I have invested quite a large sum and the DD reqested from them was more than satisfactory!
GOOD LUCK EV!

Stomper

GlobalGoldTalk

Francozz

3. No compounding
4. THIS PLAN WILL ONLY BE OPEN FOR 2 WEEKS, POSSIBLY A MONTH!
I AM GOING TO FLY IN TO THIS!!
See you all there
Francozz

and

Paid 8 times so far
I started in the beggining and have been paid several times with EV!!
Jump aboard and get paid fast from honest Admin!!!
Francozz

MoneyMakerGroup

Quite understandable!
I have been informed EV is registered in Seychelles with a large paid up capital!
They certainly are trading with a huge difference.....for example very few people are able to utilise trading in such a way EV has incorporated itself with some very high profile individuals who trade some of the largest amount of funds in the world!
In effect EV has the luxury to QUOTE: piggy-back with these people....who requested strict confidentiality as they simply do not want exposure!
This information is from our trusted and reliable scource.....and understood that we may need such proof at times.
EV cannot reveal the trading information,
Another way to explain this!!....for example large trading houses have elite clients to invest their funds which in turn allows are larger leverage to ensure greater profit....then some smaller clients are offered the opportunity to pool all funds to achieve the result faster and the result is more profitable!
So EV is unable to reveal further information based on a very powerful confidentially
agreement!
I hope everyone understands this......... EV is not a ponzi! FACT!

World, you are quoting only half of the story. It doesn't matter what was said or happened in the past. The only concern is what is happening at present....members are being made whole. The admins of the program have made their apologies for what did happen and are doing everything within their power to correct it.

A program that had past problems, BUT continues to pay out it's members to make them whole is a scam? If they wanted to scam they would have disappeared a long time ago.

Jacob Marley, JanieR, or whatever other user names you go by, I suggest you stop posting rubbish and allow the members to be made whole. Why screw it up for everyone? What is your real motive?

They've BEEN paying us! Some have gotten up to $2,000. Now payments are $500 because there are so many to be paid and limited funds to pay them from.

These false accusations should cause the author some punishment for her lies!
