It appears that you are challenged by the English language.

I would have to say that it can't get much clearer than what has been presented with regards to specifics of the law, what laws have been broken and what complaints have been filed.

I guess investors want to be made whole. Can't say as I blame them. It will be very interesting to follow the progress now that these agencies are involved.

Some people here may have English challenges. You bullsh1ters do not. I still haven't read what charges have been filed or what investigations are ongoing. What laws someone here thinks may have been broken does not necessarily correlate to what is reality. Since a few of you are so intent on dancing around a couple of simple questions is proof enough to me that no charges have been filed and no investigations are taking place. That begs the question, why have no legal actions been taken? Could it be that the law told you you have no case? Or could it be that you're simply full of hot air? I believe both are true.

Tell it to Martinoli. He's the one with the exposure.

I concur. And, this poster is not doing Martinoli any favors. Speaking of Martinoli, has he even attempted to provide a defense?

To need a defense he would have to be under attack and I don't see any sign of that. Go back to picking your nose is a good idea.

This is worth a re-post to include subtitle code § 1349 as both directly apply to the EV scam and addresses cause and action for co-conspirators:

§ 1343. Fraud by wire, radio, or television

Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

§ 1349. Attempt and conspiracy

Any person who attempts or conspires to commit any offense under this chapter shall be subject to the same penalties as those prescribed for the offense, the commission of which was the object of the attempt or conspiracy.

Waste of space! Neither apply. Maybe you should post the definition of a "jail house lawyer" and why people like you have such a need to appear to know something that you don't.

Entertaining sidenote.......in Wolfie's own words from SYF back in the good days speaking of the cleverness of the soon to be wicked trader.....

People ought to stop trying to figure us out! You won't. We are different. We will be doing things differently than you are used to, so no pattern to follow.

We have goals never before sought after and drive that is unparalleled. In the history of hyip-investing on the INTERNET; the majority has been about greed for the admins and greed for the members.

We all want to make money, this is normal, but we have far more propelling our actions than plain money. Mainly,- my partners could care less about that. They've made their money - probably many times over. I know they've lost more, than I've yet -to ever -make hahaha. This is about purpose,- and commitment, and winning, yes! Its like knowing you're right, so you pull out all the stops to go forward.!! And DEFEAT is not in the partners vocabulary hahaha

In otherwords about the time you think you've figured out what the trader will do, he will do a 180. haha But its all for the good.

ever noticed wolfie does a lot of ha ha ha'ing and he he he'ing?? It is kind of annoying to some of us when our money disappears and she just keeps giggling.
