This sounds like wishful thinking. What charges have been filed? What accusations are being looked "investigated"? Now who's being the coy one?

I'd like to see some responses here too.

May I make a suggestion. Contact the SEC and the FBI. Both organizations are currently conducting interviews. I'm certain that they could schedule some time for you.

I would also recommend that you contact your local Police Department. They will have jurisdiction if you were an investor.

The SEC and the FBI have become involved at the request of investors and also because many of the alleged crimes that were committed fall within federal guidelines and statutes.

Complaints run the gamut; from criminal negligence to offering investments without a license on the Local and State level; to fraud, wire fraud and racketeering at the Federal level. Keep in mind, indictments may number in the hundreds simply because of the sheer number of investors that were defrauded.

I would also recommend that you file a civil complaint within your local jurisdiction.

Thanks for that but, no one asked for any suggestions.

Some bold soul made the serious claim that: "The criminal investigation is proceeding as planned."

To wit another responded with: "This sounds like wishful thinking. What charges have been filed? What accusations are being looked "investigated"?"

Many of you accuse EV of not answering simple questions with simple answers. That's fair. Now it's your turn. What accusations or criminal charges have actually been filed or are being investigated? Dancing around these 2 simple questions will prove whether you are full of sh1t. Can you live by your own rules? I doubt it. I don't know what the truth is here yet but I do know a bullsh1ter when I smell one. I also see someone who doesn't know the law.

Defending this scam? You must be one of the conspirators.

Investors should contact the SEC, the FBI and your local law enforcement. In addition to fraud and conspiracy charges, Elite Ventures is in violation of the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1962(c). The FBI, SEC and your local law enforcement will confirm the charges and allow you to file your complaints. It's a very simple process. You should also take this opportunity to file civil complaints in your local jurisdiction.

In addition to the other violations, this one also applies. I would suggest that it is you who does not know the law. Are you one of the co-conspirators?

§ 1343. Fraud by wire, radio, or television

Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, transmits or causes to be transmitted by means of wire, radio, or television communication in interstate or foreign commerce, any writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds for the purpose of executing such scheme or artifice, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both. If the violation affects a financial institution, such person shall be fined not more than $1,000,000 or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.
