blah blah blah! You mo-rons sound like little brats throwing tantrums. Its been explain countless times what happened and what is happening. Nobody has disappeared, like all those other scams. Payments have been made. The amateur private dicks among you know that everything EV has been saying is true. Ramping this all up just makes for good fun.

Its amusing really, how much hypothesized and garbled information has been posted here, and the only ones that were verbally slapped, was Martinoli or Olsen for supposedly posting gossip.

When I review the posts, and check to see what context they really belong in, I find large discrepancies between what they infer here and what the original intent was meant to infer.

The amount of accusations without foundation, name calling, and libel is heavy handed in these pages; and seems to be condoned by the forum and or its moderator. Yet the supporters of EV.net are cautioned or even reprimanded for what they say or how they have stated it.

Why is everyone allowed to cast aspersions, such as are being made here, without even the honesty to use their names or usual user names? If you are making accusations, not only should one have to back them up, but they should be made to identify themselves! Perhaps fewer people would be willing
to speak falsehoods if they knew they were readily identifiable!

As one or two posters pointed out that the onus of proof should be on the people raising the complaint; and I would go a step further and suggest that that same responsibility should entail posting properly and honestly.

If this was a contest about who could sling the most mud,the furthest, the "law suit advocates" would surely win hands down!

I know that reading these pages has had the opposite effect on me, that has been the intent of the author. because of the unfounded accusations, and general mean spirited way that some of the early posts were made with; I have come to the conclusion that there quite possibly could be a more self-serving purpose to the originating author's intent in posting here or in trying to organize others to legal action.

for instance the EV people have lost their privacy thanks to the originators of this thread and the one at HR forum.
What right do do people have to announce peoples names and home addresses all over the internet? Once posted> it is repeated and reposted elsewhere, without anyone being found guilty of anything?
It only takes one or worse,- two wack-o's to read the authors version of the truth and decide its all fact, and they will go about handing out justice in their own fashion. Or making threating phone calls. Regardless, it turns into an invasion of privacy for these people and could be a danger as well.
I read somewhere earlier that they don't have a right to it; and the author has a right to use this information freely as it is already freely available on the internet. Wrong!
I decided to see what I could find on several of the principals, and the private information was not so available till after the authors published it in their forums.
Investigating it and researching it through in depth methods is one thing, and that is not considered open source, and there fore available to anyone.
I rather think they may have their own case, in return.

I can clearly see that the restitution promised, hasn't been completed, but it has been undertaken with people paid; and there is a further promise to complete the balance owing.
I think this should be the focus of disgruntled depositors, rather than revenge.

I read where there was a class action suite against Solid Investments.
( this old hyip was referred to here already, by the way); and that class action paid off last year.
What did it pay the people who signed up so readily, hoping to get their money back? An educated guess from what I could find was about ten cents on the dollar, and yet with what was reported frozen in the egold accounts of this hyip, that would indicate the representing lawyers made MILLIONS.

Do they tell you this when you are encouraged to join?
This would explain why any lawyer ( who would obviously know better) might go ahead and join one of these online programs. They are doing it to earn from the payouts obviously!
They must then only be waiting for the program to momentarily stop payments, to slap them with an injunction of some sort.


one more thing... when I contacted the law enforcement agencies mentioned within this thread, and the Attorney General for MO. I was informed there is no court action in progress. There had been some filed complaints only.


this is from my perspective, anyway.
People should try to always keep an open mind. Too much on the internet is fabricated.

Sound advice, Phoenix. I concur.

I sure see allot of posts attributed to me, that were not from me. Not to mention, taken out of the paragraph from where it came, makes it read like a different point of view.
It doesn't matter to me any longer. I see few real posters here. Only the same couple of unhappy, bitter people trying to convince a larger audience (they hope,) to view some kind of sinister motives behind people's hard work and caring attitudes. Say anything you will> but do be prepared to Prove it.

The people who believe in what we are trying to complete and have been patient to wait through the ongoing delays, we've been subjected to, are maligned and scorned, & you call cheerleaders.

Yet it seems fairly obvious to the average untrained reader, there are only a couple main players ( posters) that are our advocates here. Yet there is quite a smattering of unread and unhappy followers only too happy to agree to the lynch mob. These people haven't got a clue whether you're right, or we are. They don't care either. They thirst for blood, and want to see an admin hanged, because they've put their money into so many scams and been ripped off every time. They think by advocating Justice here, they will gain satisfaction for past wrongs and or any action taken, will get them their money back. Which the more intelligent reader knows won't happen.

The authors who claim they've started legal proceedings are mainly disgruntled for two things. Having been ejected from our forum for their bad manners, and because they selfishly thought they could coerce payments for themselves far in advance of others. When this was denied them, they elected to involve outside authorities.
While you attempt to intimidate us with threats of jail time; my thoughts narrow to your small vindictive and unsuccessful lives. I really do feel sorry for you, because I can see you really do want to "know it all", but you know so very little, that you may well end, humiliated.

I,m sure wolfie did not do anything bad or illegal i can say this with honesty. Wolfie does not know me but wolfie was my sponsor in eliteventures.

Why dont you go after my 401 K folks its standard Insurance Co I lost 18 K last week. Did I risk this YES it was my choice i signed up for it not anyone else.
My point is this crap or get off the pot put up or shut the hell up ok.

You most likely did not even invest or you are the $15.00 Dollar investor who would cry to there mommy if they lost 5 cents.

I can go on and on here about this but the moral of the story is quite simple just take a chill pill and start to mind your own affairs rather then being a busy body slamming people like I just slammed you.
