My proof is the deposit to my ebullion account. That's substance enough for any court. It doesn't matter to us if you believe us. You have your own petty emotional agenda here. You are who would have to prove a crime was committed and you have no proof of that. Many of us just want our money back. We feel people like you are being selfish putting our deposits at risk of being froze with your threat of legal actions. Why can't you shut up and wait to see if they do what they said they want to? Why are people like you so mad to cause the rest of us to loss our money? Act like an adult.

Thumbs Down Re: EliteVentures - scam

The burden of proof lies with the plaintiff not the defendant.. and you have not proven anything beyond a shadow of a doubt and IN FACT have not proven that :

1) there were NOT funds taken by F>S>
2) That there is not now a trade taking place to refund members (you say there is none but offer no such proof because you have none)
3) That AD and wolfie are culpable of theft of any funds --where is your proof? Do you have legal proof from accounts?
4) That payments are now being made from EV money itself as in "ponzi".. you have no proof --if you do show it.

In fact if I were a jurer you, plaintiff have shown me NO PROOF beyond a shadow of a doubt. So go ahead and make your case with this proof and I think the judge will throw it all out immediately. But YOU'RE the Lawman.. and you know so much as to be judge and jury of course.

Inquiry for those more knowing than I. If selfish emotional people such as lawman DA and Guernsey girl janice make lawsuit happen and court decides they have started this with no proof and their intentions were only to hurt people can lawsuit be made for them to pay? Sorry for my words I hope you know what I mean.

Please let this go on. It hurts no one and chance is always there they will pay as they have been.

There is irrefuttable proof that Francozz Springal stole our money. Why do you people keep ignoring it?

Posting quotes and opinions HERE does no good. File your reports with IC3 and see if WLD will represent you. It'll take awhile, but between the 2 agencies, they'll get it all sorted out. Otherwise, it's nothing more than a (really bad) soap opera. LOL

Obviously there aren't too many people who even believe that EV is a scam nor do we want to send any info to some government agency who will come in and put a delay on the repayment process which is in place. Whoever started this thread started the soap opera... ehhh LOL

EEK! Re: EliteVentures - scam

After you two send your info, do you really think the FBI or whatever ABC Big Brother is going to refund you any money? ha ha ha ha ha ha haa

Been there and done that.... the gov't loves to keep anything if there is anything to keep... and if they do find something ---after lawyers have their cuts, you may as well kiss it all goodbye.

Otherwise what is the point of such filing with you... purely for "justice" as someone put it above?

Justice will be when everyone is paid by the admin of EV and he is vindicated for the libel and slander which has been thrown up about him.

I noticed some people say previously that the "Francis Springall" theft didn't happen. However, if Elite Ventures still had the funds, and they were really a ponzi even now, then even WITH the funds that were stolen they still wouldn't be able to pay back all members, in fact, it would be pointless to try to pay any members. Since there is far more that needs to be paid back than they posses at the immediate time, even WITH the money that was stolen by Francis Springall they wouldn't be able to do it.

Yet, they made the claim that they will refund members funds. What does this tell any person with an ounce of common sense?

They must have a way to make money in order to pay back members, as they do not have enough money to do so otherwise. Now of course this needs to be backed up by evidence, that actual payments are being made. Have there been payments made?

Yes there have been payments made, the arranged groups that AD listed have been paid.

Many, MANY people reported being refunded. Even a few HYIPRanks members reported being refunded.

From this we can deduce the following:

1. There is outside funds being generated in order to pay members.
2. AD did in fact come forth and do as he said he would.
3. With or without Francis Springall's theft, they still wouldn't have enough money to refund all members. Not even 20% of the members since they were up quite a while. Thus, from this we can gather that they would have no reason to lie about someone stealing the funds. This further validates the first 2 points.

The posts by World have been taken horribly out of context and to serve his own purposes. Lawman further validated this by saying that anyone that has reasons NOT to take legal action should not be heard here.

Isn't that a bit one-sided, Lawman?

If you were really trying to find out the truth, you would look at every perspective and angle available to you.

From your own points, one can deduce the following:

Lawman, you are not trying to "find the truth", you are trying to "manufacture" truth that aligns itself with your own selfish goals.
What happened to innocent until proven guilty? As stated by another person here, from what World randomly posted, what we can gather is that a theft has indeed occurred, but NOT by the Elite Ventures administration. From the above reasoning, and the posts by World, we can only come to one logical conclusion: The funds were stolen by Francis Springall, and the current Elite Ventures Administration is doing all they can to refund money.

Furthermore, lets not forget something very important:

No other HYIP has EVER fully refunded, partly refunded, or even somewhat refunded their members. Elite Ventures is the only program to ever get this far and still continue to hold their word. They are still active on their forum, communicate to their members and did not vanish.

There is no reason at all why they should be taken to court.
