(Originally this email was written to all who had given their email addresses
to me on ponziscams.com forum (now defunct) and had wanted a part in the
abandoned class-action lawsuit against Will / 24dailypro / pds.) The
new 24dailypro is going nowhere again. Old members have not gotten a
refund, new members have been suspended or given gag order. Yet we
still retain our courage and resilience.

Why was the class-action lawsuit abandoned? The reason is some of you,
I'm not going to name who, did not have the determination to fight
against the scammer. When these people heard Will promised to return
their money from his new program, they swayed. When they heard Will's
vile and threatening words, they were frightened. They chose to trust
the scammer one more time and abandoned the rest of us. Or perhaps,
they thought they could earn more money than what they had lost from
the new ponzi scam. I want to ask these people have you gotten
anything back from him so far?

Now each of you has two choices. One is to completely forget it,
forget the pain, forget the money you lost, forget the crime you
witnessed, start over and live your life as usual again. It's easy to
do for some of you. You may be better off this way. If you can't and
you really want to see the scammer behind bars, then you should spend
some time to work it out.

First thing you should do is to bear in mind that you will never ever
trust that man (and other ponzi scammers) again, no matter what he
says. That man is a master deceiver and manipulator of others. He has
run scams after scams, from paradisepaid2surf (I bet you have never
heard of this one) to 24dailypro, private daily surf, new 24dailypro.
More are coming. I'm sure he will open new sites, do not fall for him
again, don't be a fool!

With this resolve in mind, you will allocate some time and money to
the cause. Find a class action attorney, take action now, find their
phone numbers and call. A class action is a case brought against a
company whose actions have damaged a group of people in a similar way.
A single person (class proponent) who has been injured may bring a
class action on behalf of everyone who has been harmed. It is common,
however, after the action has been started, for many other injured
people to join the class action lawsuit (become class members). If the
case results in a successful recovery, (either through settlement or
trial) all class members (named plaintiffs) receive their portion of
the amount paid by the wrongdoers.

Do not wait for others to initiate the lawsuit so that you can hop in
and enjoy the free ride. You should be the one who initiates it. Class
action lawsuits against big rip-offs like paypal, stormpay were
successfully filed because someone selflessly took the initiative to
organize the lawsuits for others. This is no longer the case for
24dailypro. If you do not act for yourself, nobody else is helping
you. If everyone is waiting for someone else to do something, nobody
will do anything. It isn't going to help you. So it should be you who
stand up and start to do something.

Start to concentrate and write a fraud report narrative to form a
solid base for the lawsuit. Recollect the names and contacts of the
people involved, recover all emails you received from Will, find all
payment records you have, draw the timeline of events. Talk to your
lawyer and decide what kind of charges could be brought against Will,
how much amount of damages you could ask for. Let the scammer earns
some serious jailtime. Let the justice be served.

Yours apologetically,
kakarukeys

You could also file individually in a small claims court if legal fees are an issue.
