Default Jennifer Hale and Vic Bennett's "Velvet Topping" Scam

My son joined this scam back in October against my wishes but because Jennifer Hale aggressively pushed the program to her downline, he decided against better judgment to try it. Like all other of Jennifer's scams before, this one has NOT performed as promised.

When seeking an explanation for the delay in payout and finally a refund, Jennifer referred my son for answers to Vic Bennett, who refused to explain what was going on and was extremely profane and nasty.

My question is: Has anyone else had the same experience and what authorities are handling this ponzi scheme investigation?

I believe that Jennifer and Vic feel they have milked all that they can out of the TDU members and will close the program and keep the money.

Finally kicking off this new program. It is named "Velvet Topping".

Sponsoring is not required but we hope you help in telling everyone about the program on an ongoing basis. The more folks we get to join the faster it will move. You can promote the uploaded pages if you chose located at:

http://velvet.topping.angelfire.com/index.html

For you or others to join, you will need to send Vic Bennet your Name, Address, Phone, Email and Payment processor you will use (Alertpay, Solid Trust Pay or Postal Mail).

Let Vic know you learned about this on the TDU forum. His email address is: velvet.topping@gmail.com

Mail will be slower and will need at least a delivery confirmation. Postal Mail is limited to USA residents only.

Please direct all emails for this program to: velvet.topping@gmail.com or jhale296@gmail.com

These 2 email addresses will be used for this program.

HOW THE STEPS WORK:

Using step 1 as example.

Join and send a $12 gift to a member. 4 people then send $12 each to you ($12 X 4=$48). Once this has been done then you rejoin step 1 and send a gift ($12), once that is done then you join step 2 and send a gift ($24). Rejoining is a must.

STEP 1: $12.00 X 4=$48.00 rejoin step 1 - 1 time ($12) join step 2 ($24) pocket ($12)

STEP 2: $24.00 X 4=$96.00 rejoin step 1 - 2 times ($24) join step 3 ($48) pocket ($24)

STEP 3: $48.00 X 4=$192.00 rejoin step 1 - 4 times ($48) join step 4 ($96) pocket ($48)

STEP 4: $96.00 X 4=$384.00 rejoin step 1 - 4 times ($48) join step 5 ($192) pocket ($144)

STEP 5: $192.00 X 4=$768.00 rejoin step 1 - 4 times ($48) pocket ($720)

If we decide to continue with 6 thru 8 steps, it will look like this including step 5.

STEP 5: $192.00 X 4=$768.00 rejoin step 1 - 4 times ($48) join step 6 ($384) pocket ($336)

STEP 6: $384.00 X 4=$1536.00 rejoin step 1 - 6 times ($72) join step 7 ($768) pocket ($696)

STEP 7: $768.00 X 4=$3072.00 rejoin step 1 - 6 times ($72) join step 8 ($1536) pocket ($1464)

STEP 8: $1536.00 X 4=$6146.00 rejoin step 1 - 6 times ($72) pocket ($6074)

Sponsoring is still important so don't stop. Want in??? Send name, address, phone, email and payment processer (AP, STP or postal mail) to: velvet.topping@gmail.com or jhale296@gmail.com

OR you can join using the feeder program. You send one person $6, two people send you $6 which will allow you to join the main program at Step 1 with only $6 our of pocket.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO DO A PIF FOR SOMEONE, PLEASE POST WHETHER YOU ARE WILLING TO PIF THE FEEDER OR STEP 1 AND FOR HOW MANY PEOPLE.

The steps for a PIF, a sponsor posts how many people they want to PIF and at which level ($6 or $12). A member who wants to use a PIF sends a PM to that sponsor and once they get confirmation of the PIF, send the e-mail to Vic with all pertinent and requested information.

Once you get the name and e-mail address of the receiver, send that to your sponsor. They will take care of sending the gift to the receiver and then send you confirmation of the sent gift so you can send it to Vic.

Sponsors, remember that when you send the gift via AlertPay or STP or any other payment processor that you and the receiver decide upon, you need to avoid using the words "here is your gift". You can say something along the lines "subscription payment for ______________" or "books ordered for _____________________" or something like that. Just as long as it doesn't look to the payment processor like a gifting program. Although gifting is legal, the payment processors (for whatever reason) don't like us using them for that purpose. {You would think they wouldn't care since they are getting a share of the proceeds, lol.}

I hope you learned a valuable lesson here. Jennifer Hale is a serial scammer, and matrix plans with 'free' re-cycling make money for those that start them. Just about everyone else gets left out in the cold. Anything that is a money game, (no product, useless product) is illegal.

Steer clear of these scammers. Jennifer Hale is an imbecile and a lowlife scum sucking pig.

I was ripped off on this scam as well. Wrote to both of those two program managers but never got a straight answer or my money back. I have learned to stay away from anything connected to Jennifer Hale or Vic Bennett.

Judging from what I hear, it sounds like the authorities will be talking to Jennifer soon. I sure hope so.

She not only ripped me off, she ripped off my entire downline as well.

Well, I never got a dime, nor a refund from Jennifer and Vic but I got plenty of pep talk!:

Folks, they are moving a little slow, but they are getting to everyone. I have so far sent out 3 Step 1 gifts, 2 Step 2 gifts, and received 8 Step 1 gifts. I am supposed to be getting assigned my first set of Step 2 gifters soon. I sometimes wonder if it would move a little smoother and faster if we kept the same gifters and receiver during all 8 steps on each cycle. I am still not out of pocket anything at this point and even have profited $24 so can't really complain too much.

WOOHOO! I am starting to receive my Step 2 gifts now.

Folks, I know that this one is moving slow right now, but I BELIEVE that if we all pull together and advertise this one, it will move faster. But please remember that ALL gifting/matrix/mlm programs slow down as they grow larger and it is made worse if members aren't advertising or choose to drop out because it has slowed down. Nothing works if the members don't work at it.

And remember that just because some other program claims to be having 50/60/100 sign ups per day and moving fast that is no guarantee that you will be making money soon with it either or that it won't slow down too.

Remember that those 50/60/100 per day sign ups need to also get their downlines built before it gets to you, so do the math and I think you will realize that it is better to be in at the top and early in something and help to build it up until there are that many signing up for it each day, than to jump ship and start over at the bottom.

Yep, it is slow right now, but I fully expected that to happen. It happens with every gifting program no matter what anyone says to the contrary. Unless you have exponentially more people joining each day than the number that joined the day before, it is going to slow down. And what I mean by that is if it takes 4 people gifting you, then if you have 10 people joining on Monday, on Tuesday you need a total of 40 new members or re-entries. On Wednesday you would need 160 and so on. Otherwise you slow down. That doesn't mean it doesn't work, just that it is not going to be a quick fix.
So let's keep it up and keep it moving!

I also stated that it was necessary, even though not required, that EVERYONE do some recruiting. Most folks see "no sponsoring required" and think that they can join and then sit back and do nothing and still get paid. That is what causes these programs to falter and in most cases ultimately fail. Because things slow down and folks get frustrated and drop out.

There is not a sponsoring requirement, and you don't get gifted by the same folks on each level. I have sent an e-mail to Vic questioning that process. Because I think folks are getting "lost in the shuffle" when he changes it around on each level. He is trying to make it so that the folks who send their gifts the fastest can be gifted in return fastest.

But I think that in the process some folks are being skipped, including some of my re-entries that have been waiting since October to be gifted. This is part of the things that they are trying to figure out. Remember that this program is in its infancy and they are trying the best they can.

But the one thing that will kill faster than anything is if folks quit promoting it and quit trying to get new members. That will always be necessary, even if not required.

Jennifer,

Is this program working, are you and others actually making money? How actively do you have to recruit? I have never recruited for a gifting program before so I am not sure how best to go about it.

Thanks,

David

I am wondering if anyone on this forum has been through this type of scam before and successfully got their money back. Also, how can I and my downline bring these crooks to justice?

Gifting programs are illegal. None of them work for very long. Read Jennifer's posts above. It explains it all.
The numbers cannot be duplicated so that the program continues to pay. They all collapse and die, with the vast majority of people losing all of their money.

Move on and mark this to experience. Do not join or promote illegal programs. Gifting programs are illegal.

Good luck.

If I had read WDL before joining the Velvet Topping scam, I never would have joined it.

Apparently, at any given time, Jennifer is running at 5-10 ponzi or HYIP schemes. From what I have read, she runs them for a while, collects the initial wave of money, and then splits.

As far as this Vic Bennett character, he is a weasel and a little slow. Clearly, Jennifer is the brains behind this scam.

I have already reported them to my AG and theirs as well. Hopefully, others will do the same.

Stopping these scammers from preying upon the weak minded is important.

Yes. She is a serial scammer. If you have any e-mails or contact info, save them. (with headers)

She is a low life scum sucking pig that deserves to get exactly what she deserves.

Good luck.
