Against all FACTS which show beyond any argument that GPP cannot ever pay, you can still believe.

But a payout from GPP can only happen if someone prints the money to do it, and convinces all of the many governments and banks that it is legitimate. Otherwise is totally impossible.

Sorry, but there is not one shred of evidence that any RPP ever paid anyone. Just some people posting message saying they got paid. Nothing more.

GPP has not issued even one debit card, but you see many people saying they got one.

No credible eveidence yet that any RPP has ever paid. Nothing.
