LOL, I am sure that he's aware and most likely that is all he thinks of. I hope he is giving some thought to his main co-conspirators gary and chris. A lawyer defending Nick Smirnnow would be absolutely useless unless he or she is also fluent in Slavonic languages and mathematicak languages like calculus, Euclidian geometry, non linear dynamic etc.
