PONZI SCAM - BEWARE! PYRAMID SCHEME! FRAUD! MONEY LAUNDERING!

Please be forwarned that Homes for the World International Inc. is simply an offshoot of ICFWorld Homes Inc. which was just closed by scammers Larry Telford and Sharon Black. They have already scammed 9000 members out of their money for 2 years, and now intend to do the same under a new name for another 2 years. However, they have set up their new corporation in Panama, with a website from Singapore and a fax number from Utah. They have transferred their ICF customer money to a Swiss bank account, and think they got away with all this. Their ICF World Homes Inc. operation was run out of Peterborough Ontario with world wide sales of NO PRODUCT. They claimed to be selliing 'home plans' but not one customer ever actually saw one.

BEWARE! They are targetting students too, so warn your kids, and everyone else you know!

They have run their ponzi scam for 2 years, and took millions from 9000 customers, then ran with the money and restarted. Since they were illegal to operate in Canada, they closed down their ICF World Homes Inc. scam in Peterborough Ontario, and started new in Republic of Panama, with a website out of Singapore, and a fax number out of Utah, USA.

they aren't legal to do business in Canada, and obviously an illegal operation in panama won't fly either. warn all you know to not get sucked in, cause they just take your money and run.

that larry telford and sharon black are a real piece of work! they ran with all that money and now think they can start the same scam under a new name. its not goin to work. we'll make sure it doesn't work and that they don't get away with another scam. they need to be locked up and fast. same game as icf world homes inc., just a new name.

watch out for bill machan's mortgage be gone scam as well. he's one of these guys. supposedly he quit icf, but the new scam is the same game under a new name, Mortgage Be Gone. Ponzi Scam.

anyone know where their new office is? are they leaving peterborough? it'll be a much better place if they do. maybe they'll stay in panama for their full 2 years, unless they're locked up sooner, as we hope they are.

I am really glad to see this forum regarding Homes for the world Intl. here. Everything you have read thus far is the truth and nothing but.

Homes for the World Intl., is an off shoot from ICF World Homes Inc. It has been started in Panama because the Canadaian Government- namely the Competion Bureau has shut them down in Canada for operating an illegal ponzi/pyramid scam. It consits of purchasing home plans, which you never see.

Do not fall for this. The people involved are Larry Telford, who claims to have 35 years home building experience which is a lie. Sharon Black, Larry's mistress as Larry is married to another women. Both of which are from Bobcaygeon Ontario. Raj Dixit who is their right hand scammer who owns a company called Dixit Electronics out of Oshawa Ontario, where everything has fallen off a truck,if you know what I mean? as well he claims to be a minister. Bill Machan who did apparently retire from ICF homes for the world but is starting an off shoot called Mortgage be Gone on his own,but is still inter mingeled with Homes for the World Intl. As well there is Peter Hall their computer IT person, who is just as big a crook as the rest. There is also Frank Peters who designed or is desinging their new computer program to better hide their accounting records from the government.

None of these people can be trusted. They prey on students, retired people, the very religious and will do anything include cry phoney tears at presentations in an effort to get you to buy into their scam.
They have been shut down in Canada and cannot legally do business here. if you buy into this you will not get paid your so called commissions as they cannot do business here, even though they are trying to do this over the internet it is illegal - not a good investment.

These people cannot be trusted, not one word that comes out of their mouths! They are ultimate scammers and thieves. This is a ponzi scam, as was icf world homes inc. They took all the members' money and ran with it, only to change names and restart from scratch. They made a lot of promises about refunds and payments, and didn't keep one of them. They probably have a new office by now, and it will soon surface. So watch out and keep your money, don't ever give it to them.
