Quatro-MPN, Pyramid-Ponzi-RRP all in one!

Since I have found nothing aboput this one here I thought I would start a thread about it.

Quatro-MPN is a company who offers members a virtual stock exchange, pyramid game and now a new RRP.

Let’s start from the beginning:

Quatro-MPN has its “HQ” registered in Seychelles. It is registered in the “off-shore” register meaning that it can not do business with anyone living in the Seychelles.
No insight, no control.

Other companies in the group are registered in UK and one is registered in Sweden where the company is actually based.

Members can buy shares in companies that sell bio-oil and several other things ranging from e-bank to mobile-networks.

They are creative in showing results, at one point they posted “audits” from a company who then confirmed that “everything was fine”, the audit was made by a company in the group selling bio-oil. Not the usual auditor perhaps, but it looked good on paper.

Also they have the VGC-trading pool. This was initially marketed as a member pool for investments made, but has later been changed to a “game between members”. Nothing else then a simple and pure pyramid scam. Explanation is found on their website.
Needless to say they have no license anywhere for online games of this type and could never get it either.

They sell stock in their “online bank”, they have no bank, they have not applied for a banking license anywhere and they can not get a banking license due to their other businesses. But they sell stock in it.

Qcoopers by Quatro MPN is just another branch of this scam. TEP’s are to be used to create 60 000 Euros for each “contract”, all for a registration fee of only Euro 60.
Why do people keep thinking that simply having a database of names and addresses can create billions of dollars? Would really Lehman Brothers go down if this was the case? They had the best reputation before going bust, contact across the world and they could not create such a thing, but a scam business with pyramid games can create this. Scary.

Coopers is a SCAM by Quatro-MPN, that is why it is called "Qcoopers".

Do you really think that by only having a database of 30 000 names you can sell it for 1.8 billion USD?
Fair enough, all ther names are "real" and adress is included, but do you really think that anyone would pay that much for it?

It is a TEP.... with no value, it is still only a datbase with names created nothing else.

Do you think there is a single insurance compnay or bank that has 1.8 billion in cash but does not have 30 000 customers or even know how to get them themself? Dont you think that known insurance companies would market it? No need to pay any reg fees since you are already known and proven client, no need for the insurance company to pay our 60 000 euros, you would be happy if your insurance company sent you $500, but they never have, right? Ok, they dont have the "huge hedge fund" contacts Quatro has. Most hedge funds would rather deal with a company that that offers Pyramid "games" for members and virtual stock.
Well if you can tell yourself all that, then you deserve to loose your money.

Coopers is a scam and will never be anything else, only reason Quatro started it was because they where out of money!

Nice to see a reply from you regarding this and very kind of you to offer a private chat regarding any concenrs I might have about your company.
I think it is much eaier if I simply post a few questions about your business here and you reply to them. This would take a way any doubt about what was actually said in a conversation and also give you the benefit of showing every reader here that your company is serious and not a scam.
I will compose a couple of questions and post them here. Since I have noticed that comments made here containing links are reviwed before posted I cant say when they will be up, but I will post the first questions in less then 12 hourss and I think they will be viewable in less then 24 hours here.
