HYIPS (intending to invest in a HYIP of a foreign country)

Please give me your valuable advice regarding the issues below, I am a natural resident of India by birth, I am intending to invest in a HYIP of a foreign country:

1) Whether income earned through foreign hyips is LEGAL as per laws in INDIA ?
2) What are the legal consequences if the above incomes are illegal in India ?

There will be need to worry about income or tax or anything like that as there will not be any, you put your money in a HYIP and that is it, you never see it or any return from it ever again, end of story, this is a hyip
