Elka Music Computune Int.Ltd Singapore Money Fraud

Hi there, anyone who has had any deals with those people from Elka Music or Computune International based in Singapore or going to..be aware-there is money fraud!!!!!
On the 06/05/2009 i have transfered $1800 Australian dollars to them to purchase the Hammond XLK3 lower manual for my Hammond XK3c.
A year ago i did purchase from person called Mr.Chew Tse Sern Desmond who is head of (as he says) the Computune Int. LTD. and Elka Music in Singapore that XK3c, he told me over the phone that he is the Hammond dealer in Singapore and having direct contact with Hammond-Suzuki in Japan.
Today is the 6th of October 2009-nothing no keyboard, no money, over the phone he lies and pretends that phone is catting off and sends blank emails.
What I think that he is selling only 1 item online of demo-promo stuff from Hammond- Suzuki to attract more
buyers and after all just stilling their money, coz people do not sign any legal contract with him and it's impossible to get your money back. I think i've lost my $1800 but want to warn others-be aware!!!!
People if some one has any experience with this thief please let me know.
