So you're saying that because trillions are traded by central bankis every day, that an NDA issued by a non-existent entity, operating anonymously without any personal accountability is perfectly enforeceable? Nonsense. Any paper issued by Imperia is legally unenforceable in any sense.

Study basic economics, then come back and explain to us how Imperia or GPP or any of these other one-man dark-shadow get-rich-quick schemes can possibly pay out 10's of billions "out of thin air" - and how that is possible without anyone noticing.
