Here's the story on XXHoldings.
This is being run by Warren English, and he is a serial scammer now operating out of Quebec. Before he was living in Ontario. He is the owner of MPP, another Reverse Pension Plan scam, and was a major promoter of GPP, HCI and Imperiainvest.
With this program, he has teamed up with a scam artist out of my neck of the woods, and who already has a felony conviction for Real Estate fraud.
Obviously we do not recommend anyone joining this, as the only ones who will make any money are the special people "promoting" this. We also know they are not licensed to sell securities anywhere. But as always, it is up to the individual to decide whether or not to join. All we can do is warn them.

This is not being run by Warren English or MIB / MPP, you may be aware that Warren English is not allowed to run or offer programs after the OSC case a while back, so MIB / MPP is not him but a team of people and he is just involved with that team to advise them, when have you ever seen his name mentioned in any communications from MIB / MPP?

There are too many armature wannabe investigators who assume too much, in otherwords they do not investigate properly, such as the post above. MIB may be promoting that program but do not run it. These armature wannabe investigators cause a lot of misleading rumours to start circulating which can cause damage to some of the private offerings, it will be great when many programs payout and show just how flawed these rumours are. Don't believe everything you read, hopefully it isn't too late when you realise who has really been misleading you, it would be a shame if you missed out on some good payouts just because an armature wannabe investigator thought they knew what they were doing.

You're not even at amateur level, lol. Learn to read, it says he is advising his own people, not the program. The point was is that the post above assumes too much and is totally unreliable, he is also not a scammer so you obviously don't know any facts.

It is best that you stay away from it as we don't want people messing it up for others by making false accusations, which is mainly what seems to happen here, where many don't actually investigate facts and just make up things, they seem to like calling everything a scam, well good luck with that intelligent way of life, lol.

Bull. MPP is Warren English. There is nobody else. I know English and his scams very well and I have investigated throughly. Although that's hardly necessary since anyone with any sense knows that all of his 'programs' are scams within about 1 minute of reading. Like all of his others including the Prime Bank Notes scam that he was disciplined for by the OSC, none will ever pay. So far he's batting about 0-10. If by some miracle he comes through with refunds for his past failures (not another 'recovery program' that requires more cash), maybe then you can talk. Until then, the facts and his record speak for themselves.
