Anyone got anything they want me to ask during discovery? |

Why? Did you say something good about him to ruin his reputation as a chronic shill for Ponzi scams? I can see the pleading now... "...as a result of Mr. Gregg's postings, plaintiff is no longer able to attract 'easy marks' who benefit plaintiff through commission fees paid by scam operators and/or kick-backs and under-the-table payments for his promotion of their scams. This has materially affected plaintiff's ability to generate income..." LMAO |

On a slightly serious note, I thought his forum was already under federal government investigation? Was it nothing more than a rumor?

HA HA HA!!! I bet a dollar its a bluff. I hope Jake follows through because it would be great to get him in court. Way to go Gregg and keep the pressure on. If you have not noticed ASA is drying up and they are having to go to a forum that requires money to be paid each month to join plus you probably have to be invited. Its a way to replace Jakes referral commission because once they are there and keep things private it limits the amount of shills they can recruit. lol
Keep us posted please! OH, Jake says he is suing that nut job Ronnie Branch too. HA HA HA |

He may as well march up the white stairs and unload the last couple BBs from his gun collection. He'll most likely encounter a bitter failure, but what does he really have to lose at this stage?

If he files an actual legal complaint, I absolutely promise you he'll end up paying me money. He'll prolly pay me just to seal the case and not let what I intend to ask under oath in discovery from becoming public. |

I'm not at my own computer, when I get home, I'll post the letter he sent me, in way of what I take to be a very lame threat, he posts the name and address of my company, to prove he knows where to find me...oh my, I'm scared.
The funny part is, after my divorce I made myself pretty much judgement proof, and it looks like in his letter he is thrreatening to sue a company owned by a trust that I am a beneficiary of.. What court I wonder, I live in either Pennsylvania or Ohio, (I pay taxes and such in Ohio, I own a farm near Gettysburg) he lives in Atlanta, all my assets, as it were are, and this is delicious irony, are held in trusts that are domiciled in Nevis. And someone ought to tell him that you can't sue someone for calling you a crook if you are in fact a crook. Hey Jake, you can't delete the questions and ban the one who asks them in a depostion!!! And I promise to make the transcripts public. |
