Ken Russo to open new scam

It will be a paid to surf/investment hybrid. There will be verifiable external sources of income. The program will begin as a shorter-term (such as 90 to 120 days) high-return autosurf, much like some of the current programs currently being promoted in this forum. At the end of the short-term period (which will be announced the day we launch) the program will progress into the long-term phase at which time it will be our goal to continue to provide a monthly ROI of 15% to 20% while allowing for twice monthly (1st and the 15th of each month) compounding. The basics are as follows... 1. Limited to 5000 members to be launched in 3 phases.... ....phase 1 will include members 1 thru 500 ....phase 2 will include members 501 thru 2500 ....phase 3 will include members 2501 thru 5000 2. $5000 initial spend limit with a $10000 cap per account. Each family may have 2 accounts subject to sponsorship protocol. 3. Compounding will be available each cycle but no withdrawals until the completion of the second 15 day cycle. 4. There will be a very reasonable flat-rate monthly membership fee. Right now I'm thinking $20. One-half of this monthly fee ($10) will be paid to the referring member in return for his/her downline support. The remaining $10 from the first 500 members ($5000) will be used for programming and admin expense. The remaining $10 from members 501 thru 5000 will be used for investments, promos, benefactored accounts, etc. 5. Sponsoring members will receive a commission equal to 1% of all funds placed by a referred member. These commissions will be placed into trade for 30 days before they are available for withdrawal. 6. There will not be any type of matrix attached to program. 7. There will be no personal sponsorship requirements. 8. I hope to launch on Saturday, April 18th. 9. I would like to establish an advisory board which will consist of 5 members who will assist me with the development and promotion of this program. Participation will include twice weekly conference calls beginning next week. Look into those ' investment programs. ' Be ready to give your poor eyes a workout as you repeatedly roll them. You'll find an obvious ponzi skeleton within each wretched website.

Have any of you noticed that Ken has already removed Dr Fund from his list? Perhaps the signs point to ASA Jake's ' ponzi of the month ' taking an ugly, premature dive after all?

In his "14 years" I don't know how many scams Ken Russo has pimped, I do know how many have turned out to be legitimate businesses, exactly none. What really amazes me is how this guy doesn't get laughed out or the room whenever he opens his mouth, or get things thrown at him by the thousands of people he's led to ruin.

Well it should be easy enough to figure out. The often used and now famous "there's a sucker born every minute" combined with the fact that as the economy changes and more people look to add that part time income or create that dream life they will always be ready to buy into the hopes and dreams being sold by scumbags like Jake and Ken and many others that have made very good livings stealing not just money from others.

I'd sure like to know how Kenny Russo avoids his ponzi shill arse being chopped up and fed to the courts. If he had only participated in a couple acts of heavy ponzi promoting each year, similar to the rest of ASA Jake's vile topguns, I could potentially understand his ability to evade ' angry victims. '

he has always in the past been careful not to leave a papertrail to any ownership in the ponzis, he's a pimp, and gets paid on the side, no one sends money directly to him....which may still be criminal, I certainly think it's at the very lest civil negligence, but it's hard to prosecute, since they tend to recruit from a pool of people not likely to ever win a Nobel Prize in Economics a lot of his victims don't even know they can sue HIM for their losses, even thought he "program" is safely offshore. Someday someone will, and he has no conceivable legal defense if they do, he's breaking at least half a dozen criminal statutes which he has been lucky so far because of jurisdiction, location of victims etcs...that no one agency is going to waste resources going after him, but will negate almost any civil defense he might put forward. Actually, a single victim might be able to get his assets, a good jury, and some punitive damages could wipe him out of what at it's heart is a $5 refferal commission...

now there is a real way to make serious money at these ponzi schemes, get into the major pimps direct downline, wait for the ponzi to fail,m and get first in line suing them under commercial fraud statutes. An agent, being paid a sales commission, is completely liable in every state I know of for the claims of the Company they are paid by, and that liability is created when they cash the first commission check (or STP payment etc...) so they are absoluytely liable, and what are they gonna say in court? "I didn't know" that this and the other 50 or so programs I've promoted over 14 years, that have all gone broke, were going to go broke? I just have bad luck? My due dilligence was good, but they lied to me?

I honestly can't believe that's not happened a lot moer than it has, and it has...
