seems to explain a lot about this particular scam. I don't know how well informed the creator is, seems like a load of bull.

If any of you think yoiu are really going to get paid in this, you are sadly mistaken. The excuses will continue, and they will see if they can get a few more to join before one of two things happens. 1. They run with the money, or 2. The government shuts them down and arrests the perps behind this. They only violated about 15 SEC rules, maybe more. This is a SCAM! Just in case you hadn't figured that part out yet.

The reason why it is private is so that it doesn't have to answer to SEC rules or have any interference.

You can't assume it is a scam until it is proven to be, I know a lot more than many others and all I can say is just give it a bit more time, it just might prove you wrong, LOL.

Why do people still trot out this old pile of BS, private investments DO have to register with the SEC OR prove they are exempt.. this scam has done neither.

Oh, pllease. For a private offering to be made, it is limited to 100 investors. They have to apply to the SEC to be approved to be exempt from SEC filings. They also have to do the same thing with the Louisiana Securites Commissioner. Neither of these have been done. They have not limited their program to only 100 people. Ray Charles could see this is a SCAM. Giving it a little more time won't change one thing other than you gave them more time before you realized this is a SCAM. I don't need the NTSB telling me a plane has crashed for me to know a plane has crashed. The only thing the NTSB does is tell me "why and how" the plane crashed.

Still "BELIEVE" this is "REAL?" Here's the deal. If this pays "EVERY" member what is owed them, I will pay you want your initial investment was in this. If they "DON"T," then you will pay me the amount you invested in this. Want to take the bet?

Bets of this nature are always offered in the case of such an obvious scam and the cheerleaders more so the ones with the "inside info" never take the bets, because they know they are just blowing smoke... ask that idiot THM how his bets went in regards to GPP.
