Well, it seems that "Jackie," who is really Alice Broussard-Latula can add cyberstalker to her resume besides running the TDU scam. Since the Louisiana AG has turned the TDU case over to the FBI, it is unclear how much longer it will be before she will be arrested on TDU charges. But it is nice to know they will know where to find her when they want to file charges against her. Read all about it here:

Alice Latula has been behind TDU this whole time. She was using Jackie as a fake name. There is no such person as Jackie. She started the program to steal everyones money and that's what she did. Now she is stalking people also. Someone that lives in Louisiana told me the whole town is talking about her and how she started TDU. She is the owner of Triple J's Marketing also. The FBI is on to her and she will be back in federal prison VERY soon.

Triple J's marketing? I looked into that a while ago, and it was an obvious scam operation. HA

I tried to talk people out of throwing their money away with TDU. Serves them right, and I hope they learned a valuable lesson. ANY RPP or RPP type program is a scma and cannot payout. It isn't possible.

Brookie will get what is coming to her and it will be very interesting to know what that something will be. I did not have the "pleasure" of knowing "Jackie" but it is hard to believe that there were worse cyber bullies than Brookie and her slimy side kick "wiseowl." I followed the obscene treatment that these two dished out to the unfortunate "Pippa posh" (now deceased) and I was nauseated.

The pair of them tried to label her as insane, which is defamation of character if it is not true. Hopefully US legal authorities will act to put a stop to cyber bullies who try to ascribe symptoms of mental illness to those who do not swallow the uttererances of Internet "saints" like Nickers Smirnow or the infamous Dr Mara.

If that happens, the unfortunate Pippa posh will be vindicated and Brookie will be vilified. I wish that Pippa was alive to know that I am still fighting her corner but she is unable to testify. It would be nice if others who remember Pippa will speak up about the way that "Brookie and "Wiseowl" did their best to make her life a misery.

The FBI should go after the scam pimpsters like Leonard Middleton as well.

Please could some of the legal eagles here give us some more definitions as to what constitutes Internet Assault or cyberstalking.

I suggest we get legal advice on a PROTECT YOUR OWN BACKSIDE from allegations of cyberstalking or assault. Can we have a PROTECT YOU OWN BACKSIDE defence lawer on these forums?

I have been accused by a fairly influential person in this forum of assaulting his friends. I assume that it was a blast of hot air but there are many who follow this person and will consider what he says to be based on knowledge from private investigations.

If others are under investigation cyberstalking or assault good. However there will be other, like me who want to know if there is an official investigation going on these chrarges.

If I am under investigation on these charfes, I would like to know the name of any American legal authority by which authority who is doing this investigation? I believe that it is my right to publicise the facy that I am perfedtly prepared to co opperat with a named authority.

I f this person's remark was nothing but the first impession of somebody working under pressure then am I happy to laugh at him for being what "We British" call a "Fat Head"
