gifting is not in itself a scam or a con or in any way illegal.
just be aware of the legalities in your country and what your local tax authority expect of you.

for example, in the us, visit the irs website.

WRONG. "Gifting" in and of itself may not be illegal but operating a gifting scheme like this clearly is a scam and illegal in many if not most locations. As can be seen in their own description of how the program works, it's simply a pyramid scheme under another name. As in the case of all, as dictated by mathematics alone, it will fail eventually and more will lose than win. It will primarily benefit those operating the program and early promoters which is the only reason why it's been set up and is being promoted.

Cash gifting is not illegal, nor is it a pyramid scheme or scam. If you feel that way, perhaps you should check out how the gifting companies are structured. Pyramids are you have one big whig getting all the green on top and the others are not. Most cash gifting companies online are 1 up or no up in structure, how do you consider that a pyramid?

If your not in to cash gifting, that's your perogative. Cash gifting isn't for everyone. It's not a quick fix for your financial problems, and many leave before they see much in return, but that is the reason many fail, they leave far too early in the ballgame and quit. You have to treat gifting as a business, even though it technically isn't a business, if you treat it that way, instead of a hobby, like many who get in it do, they would see much better results.

Sorry champ but you're dead wrong.. in MOST countries in the world giving a gift of one's own free will is of course NOT illegal, but as soon as you are tracking and promoting and have the obligation to gift, in other words you are part of a program that "gifts" you are in fact very much breaking the law... it's morons like you that suck people into these things and before they know it their money is gone and they wonder what hit them
