Internet chatter plot or scam ??

The story goes with a old man met up a University student on internet chat. She claimed herslef as high sex drive, wanted it badly, flirting along.. So this naive man is expecting usual pay sex and it is his first deal through all these years. To his astonishing, when met up in hotel room, she looks more like a man physically. However, she eagerly pushing for BJ and done with that man without sweat and with no sexual intercourse. She further suggest anal sex but that man is not really, expecting such practice. She pursued without success...

Unexpected and suddently, the drama began, she raised voice, threatening to call police, wanted sue him for rape, harassment, unnatural sex and so on, wanted to send him behind bar and reported in news. That worry man panic and peace her quickly with the pay offer agreed previously but she refuse to accept now. Till no choice, he plead her for alternative... After much drama, she searching the man asset and wealth to offer... mentioning 5K, 10K or whatsoever! Eventually, the old man rushed to pick up 2K in cash and offered to her in the room waiting...

Questions for above scenario:
1. Is BJ and anal intercourse a sexual offences between a man and lady in conservative country?
2. Is BJ and anal intercourse a sexual offences between a man and man in conservative country?
3. From Law perspective, how would the lady benefit if proceed claiming a police report when the other party does or does not?
4. From Law perspective, how would the man benefit if proceed claiming a police report when the other party does or does not?
5. Would the police report still be useful or valid if the incident was reported years later?
6. Could this be a regular internet scam plot, try to perfom illegal sex and take a step back to trade for more.. otherwise, threaten to sue the case?
7. What would be the chances of this case if brought to court and if the lady turn up to be a man, gay, butch or lady?
8. Could this Law suit be brought up even years later?
9. What is the advices for anyone else enountered such scenario?
