Internet Scam? (Personal Credit Services)
I am disabeled and got behind on some of my debts. I found a website called Personal Credit Services. They guaranteed results or money back. I didn't get any results and now they refuse to reimburse me. They charged me $150.00 and like I said i'm disabeled and on a limited income. I've contacted them several times by email because the phone number they have listed on their website is bogas!! They are from New York and I live in Pennsylvania. Is there anyone out there that has some advice?
