That was nearly 3 years ago. We were still standing in support of Mike when the SEC conducted their investigation on the company in 2007, but enough is enough with the delays! |

Funding for these projects should have taken place in the last 2-3 years when capital was CHEAP and PLENTIFUL. Now with the nearly collapse of the financial markets in the US, and soon possibly going around the world ... Where is the money coming from to support a dream?

According to the last few updates, most of the exaggerated 'promised' returns will not be available until the projects are built and in operation. Add another 4-5 years to the already 3 years that most of us have endure ... and you are into this 'investment' for 7-8 years when it was 'promoted' as a 60 days turnaround!

I was one of the people that went to Irving, Texas August 2007 of last year and with a calculator in hand, Michael described returns that were absolutely amazing ... have all of those projects and distributions disappear and gone forever? If anyone can answer this question, I would be thankful.

This company will have a difficult time becoming a publicly traded company any time in the future, because there will not have enough investment banks to take the risk and bring it to Wall Street. So all of us 'shareholders' holding 'unregistered' stock have taken the risk instead! |

I think he should have informed the investors when partnerships or alliances were not working out, rather than do the 'bait and switch' approach and substituted with other entities. I think most people are aware that the process can take longer than expected, but to give no reasonable answers for the conclusion of anything ... is just positioning the investors to trust Michael less and less on anything he has to say in the future. |
