Yes the person that sold me stock is a scumbag. When you find out that the salesman received free stock for selling me stock and then turns around and sells the free stock to make money that is wrong. I was told there would be no kick backs for selling stock. So other words he lied. Also you state that LC did not have that coming! Who is he to state I have no facts when they are layed out on the table and his word is golden that we are going to get paid. Enough of the lies. Nobody is going to get paid because they have spent our money and Mike is a liar as well.

There you go giving your speculations again LC. I am not whining and I am over it, because I have come to the conclusion this is not going to happen and our money is lost. I am glad to see you paid over $100,000 dollars in taxes for several years. I can speak for the other 95% of share holders stating we have not claimed such income. Maybe, you are one of the scumbag salesmen that are benefiting from our losses. Lots of us would of not invested in this if it wasn't portrait as a slam dunk and payouts were days away. That would explain you being so rich. So you just keep looking in your little cyrstal ball so you can share your non-factual thoughts of we are going to get paid on this forum. If indeed you are "over it" then why are you continually bellyaching and calling everyone names and making ridiculous accusations about things you obiviously know nothing about. If you are "over it" you wouldn't be on the forum because as you have said "nothings going to happen and your money is lost". Furthermore, if someone is over something....like you say you are, they don't continue to spew garbage and accuse others of wrong doing, simply to get others to side with your sick approach to life. Well said, well said. I am thinking that it is always the same person spewing this kind of malicious sentiment. After a while, the writing patterns become obvious...I doubt that more than one, possibly two, participants on this forum hate MT to this degree. The question is why? It has to be more than the amount of time we've been waiting for a return (any return!) on our money. No, this is personal.

Have enjoyed watching you two dudes go after each other over the weekend, and from where I sit, both of you have validity in some aspects of your arguments. One thing for sure is we are all tired of how we have been, and how we currently are being communicated to by MT and staff.

This is going to be a big month of benchmarks as staff, who are not currently being compensated, likely move on...and the office moves overseas. It is a fair bet that funds are depleting quickly. Add it all up and it spells the need for something positive to happen, and happen soon.

I'm, and I'm sure others are, as well, sick of hearing about the SEC and the FBI, and what they knew, know, and are doing about it. The important thing is what's going to happen in the near (or not so near) future. Does anyone (Shrd, my friend!) know anything about that?

I think now more than ever it's important to know what is the next legal challenges Mike will be facing. It is rather difficult to raise another $ 65 billion dollars to design and construct major oil and natural gas facilities when you are knee deep in a legal mess to save your company and your freedom.

I would resort to name calling to if I could not provide one lick of evidence to support that Mike is doing anything to be successful and not fraudulant. Now that I don't share your fairy tail thoughts of a payout is within grasp I am a sick individual and an idiot. You are 3 years old and to stupid to pay $100,000 dollars to the IRS. The only way that would happen is if your mommy and daddy left you an inheritance. You also do not own this forum and I will share information and chat as much as I like. The only sickness on here is you and your buddies lying to people about getting paid. This will all be over in a couple of months and I will not have to tell you to eat your words, because then people will know the truth about this scam.

P.S. Ask yourselves a question. What evidence has Mike or staff ever provide to convince you without a reasonable doubt that this is real? He could not even prove that these so called licenses for refineries existed to the SEC. As a matter of fact the only thing that was provide was how he spent our money on himself.

I agree with you there is no evidence and respect your thoughts. Name calling is counter productive.
